Darum lieli er die Lade Gottes nicht zu sich bringen in die Stadt Davids, sondern lenkte sie hin ins Haus Obed-Edoms, des Githiters.

Y no trajo David el arca á su casa en la ciudad de David, sino llevóla á casa de Obed-edom Getheo.

So David brought not the ark home to himself to the city of David, but carried it aside into the house of Obed-edom the Gittite.

So David didn’t move the ark with him into David’s city, but carried it aside into Obed-Edom the Gittite’s house.
