Et David reconnut que le Seigneur l'avait préparé pour être roi d'Israël ; car son royaume s'était élevé et agrandi pour le bien être du peuple d'Israël.

Y entendió David que Jehová lo había confirmado por rey sobre Israel, y que había ensalzado su reino sobre su pueblo Israel.

And David perceived that the LORD had confirmed him king over Israel, for his kingdom was lifted up on high, because of his people Israel.
