Davi também construiu diversos palácios para si mesmo na Cidade de Davi, e construiu uma nova tenda para colocar a arca de Deus.

HIZO también casas para sí en la ciudad de David, y labró un lugar para el arca de Dios, y tendióle una tienda.

And David made him houses in the city of David, and prepared a place for the ark of God, and pitched for it a tent.

David made himself houses in David’s city; and he prepared a place for God’s ark, and pitched a tent for it.

Então Davi deu as seguintes ordens: “Quando mudarmos a arca para o seu novo lugar, ninguém poderá carregar a arca de Deus, a não ser os levitas, porque Deus escolheu os levitas para fazerem esse trabalho. Eles devem fazer o serviço de Deus para sempre”.

Entonces dijo David: El arca de Dios no debe ser traída sino por los Levitas; porque á ellos ha elegido Jehová para que lleven el arca de Jehová, y le sirvan perpetuamente.

Then David said, None ought to carry the ark of God but the Levites: for them hath the LORD chosen to carry the ark of God, and to minister unto him for ever.

Then David said, “No one ought to carry God’s ark but the Levites. For the LORD has chosen them to carry God’s ark, and to minister to him forever.”

Então Davi convidou todo o povo de Israel para se reunir em Jerusalém a fim de celebrar a colocação da arca no lugar que lhe havia preparado.

Y juntó David á todo Israel en Jerusalem, para que pasasen el arca de Jehová á su lugar, el cual le había él preparado.

And David gathered all Israel together to Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the LORD unto his place, which he had prepared for it.

Estes foram os sacerdotes, descendentes de Arão, e os levitas que estiveram presentes:

duzentos e vinte descendentes de Merari; Asaías era o chefe deles;

De los hijos de Merari, Asaías el principal, y sus hermanos, doscientos y veinte;

cento e trinta descendentes de Gérson; Joel era o chefe deles;

duzentos descendentes de Elisafã; Semaías era o chefe deles;

De los hijos de Elisaphán, Semeías el principal, y sus hermanos, doscientos;

Of the sons of Elizaphan; Shemaiah the chief, and his brethren two hundred:

oitenta descendentes de Hebrom; Eliel era o chefe deles;

De los hijos de Hebrón, Eliel el principal, y sus hermanos, ochenta;

Of the sons of Hebron; Eliel the chief, and his brethren fourscore:

cento e doze descendentes de Uziel; Aminadabe era o chefe deles.

De los hijos de Uzziel, Aminadab el principal, y sus hermanos, ciento y doce.

Davi chamou então os sacerdotes Zadoque e Abiatar, os levitas Uriei, Asaías, Joel, Semaías, Eliel e Aminadabe,

Y llamó David á Sadoc y á Abiathar, sacerdotes, y á los Levitas, Uriel, Asaías, Joel, Semeías, Eliel, y Aminadab;

And David called for Zadok and Abiathar the priests, and for the Levites, for Uriel, Asaiah, and Joel, Shemaiah, and Eliel, and Amminadab,

e disse a eles: “Vocês são os chefes das famílias dos levitas. Agora vocês se santifiquem e também santifiquem todos os seus irmãos, para que possam trazer a arca do Senhor, o Deus de Israel, ao lugar que preparei para ela.

Y díjoles: Vosotros que sois los principales de padres entre los Levitas, santificaos, vosotros y vuestros hermanos, y pasad el arca de Jehová Dios de Israel al lugar que le he preparado;

And said unto them, Ye are the chief of the fathers of the Levites: sanctify yourselves, both ye and your brethren, that ye may bring up the ark of the LORD God of Israel unto the place that I have prepared for it.

and said to them, “You are the heads of the fathers’ households of the Levites. Sanctify yourselves, both you and your brothers, that you may bring the ark of the LORD, the God of Israel, up to the place that I have prepared for it.

O Senhor nos feriu anteriormente porque não cuidamos da arca conforme as ordens dele, pois não foram vocês que levaram a arca”.

Pues por no haberlo hecho así vosotros la primera vez, Jehová nuestro Dios hizo en nosotros rotura, por cuanto no le buscamos según la ordenanza.

For because ye did it not at the first, the LORD our God made a breach upon us, for that we sought him not after the due order.

For because you didn’t carry it at first, the LORD our God broke out in anger against us, because we didn’t seek him according to the ordinance.”

Então os sacerdotes e os levitas se consagraram, preparando-se para transportar a arca do Senhor, o Deus de Israel.

Así los sacerdotes y los Levitas se santificaron para traer el arca de Jehová Dios de Israel.

So the priests and the Levites sanctified themselves to bring up the ark of the LORD God of Israel.

Depois os levitas trouxeram a arca de Deus, carregada nos seus próprios ombros, segurando pelas varas presas na arca, tudo de acordo com as ordens que o Senhor tinha dado a Moisés.

Y los hijos de los Levitas trajeron el arca de Dios puesta sobre sus hombros en las barras, como lo había mandado Moisés conforme á la palabra de Jehová.

And the children of the Levites bare the ark of God upon their shoulders with the staves thereon, as Moses commanded according to the word of the LORD.

Davi também deu ordens aos líderes dos levitas para organizarem um grupo de cantores e instrumentistas, seus parentes, e eles deviam tocar bem alto e com muita alegria os instrumentos como alaúdes, harpas e címbalos sonoros.

Asimismo dijo David á los principales de los Levitas, que constituyesen de sus hermanos cantores, con instrumentos de música, con salterios, y arpas, y címbalos, que resonasen, y alzasen la voz con alegría.

And David spake to the chief of the Levites to appoint their brethren to be the singers with instruments of musick, psalteries and harps and cymbals, sounding, by lifting up the voice with joy.

Os levitas escolheram Hemã, filho de Joel, Asafe, filho de Berequias, e Etã, filho de Cusaías, da família de Merari.

Y los Levitas constituyeron á Hemán hijo de Joel; y de sus hermanos, á Asaph hijo de Berechîas; y de los hijos de Merari y de sus hermanos, á Ethán hijo de Cusaías;

So the Levites appointed Heman the son of Joel; and of his brethren, Asaph the son of Berechiah; and of the sons of Merari their brethren, Ethan the son of Kushaiah;

Os seguintes homens foram escolhidos como ajudantes deles: Zacarias, Bene, Jaaziel, Semiramote, Jeiel, Uni, Eliabe, Benaia, Maaseias, Matitias, Elifeleu, Micneias e os porteiros Obede-Edom e Jeiel.

Y con ellos á sus hermanos del segundo orden, á Zachârías, Ben y Jaaziel, Semiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Benaías, Maasías, y Mathithías, Eliphelehu, Micnías, Obed-edom, y Jehiel, los porteros.

And with them their brethren of the second degree, Zechariah, Ben, and Jaaziel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Unni, Eliab, and Benaiah, and Maaseiah, and Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneiah, and Obed-edom, and Jeiel, the porters.

and with them their brothers of the second rank: Zechariah, Ben, Jaaziel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Benaiah, Maaseiah, Mattithiah, Eliphelehu, Mikneiah, Obed-Edom, and Jeiel, the doorkeepers.

Os músicos Hemã, Asafe e Etã foram escolhidos para tocar os címbalos de bronze;

Así Hemán, Asaph, y Ethán, que eran cantores, sonaban con címbalos de metal.

So the singers, Heman, Asaph, and Ethan, were appointed to sound with cymbals of brass;

So the singers, Heman, Asaph, and Ethan, were given cymbals of bronze to sound aloud;

Zacarias, Aziel, Semiramote, Jeiel, Uni, Eliabe, Maaseias e Benaia tocavam harpas que alcançavam notas altas,

Y Zachârías, Jaaziel, Semiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Maasías, y Benaías, con salterios sobre Alamoth.

And Zechariah, and Aziel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Unni, and Eliab, and Maaseiah, and Benaiah, with psalteries on Alamoth;

and Zechariah, Aziel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Maaseiah, and Benaiah, with stringed instruments set to Alamoth;

e Matitias, Elifeleu, Micneias, Obede-Edom, Jeiel e Azarias eram os que tocavam harpas em tom um pouco mais baixo, marcando o ritmo.

Y Mathithías, Eliphelehu, Micnías, Obed-edom, Jehiel, y Azazías, cantaban con arpas en la octava sobresaliendo.

And Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneiah, and Obed-edom, and Jeiel, and Azaziah, with harps on the Sheminith to excel.

and Mattithiah, Eliphelehu, Mikneiah, Obed-Edom, Jeiel, and Azaziah, with harps tuned to the eight-stringed lyre, to lead.

O dirigente do canto era Quenanias, chefe dos levitas músicos; ele foi escolhido porque entendia muito a respeito de música.

Y Chênanías, principal de los Levitas, estaba para la entonación; pues él presidía en el canto, porque era entendido.

And Chenaniah, chief of the Levites, was for song: he instructed about the song, because he was skilful.

Chenaniah, chief of the Levites, was over the singing. He taught the singers, because he was skillful.

Berequias e Elcana eram os porteiros que guardavam a arca.

Y Berechîas y Elcana eran porteros del arca.

And Berechiah and Elkanah were doorkeepers for the ark.

Sebanias, Josafá, Natanael, Amasai, Zacarias, Benaia e Eliezer, todos eles eram sacerdotes, formavam um grupo tocador de trombetas que ia adiante da arca de Deus. Obede-Edom e Jeías também guardavam a arca.

Y Sebanías, Josaphat, Nathanael, Amasai, Zachârías, Benaías, y Eliezer, sacerdotes, tocaban las trompetas delante del arca de Dios: Obed-edom y Jehías eran también porteros del arca.

And Shebaniah, and Jehoshaphat, and Nethaneel, and Amasai, and Zechariah, and Benaiah, and Eliezer, the priests, did blow with the trumpets before the ark of God: and Obed-edom and Jehiah were doorkeepers for the ark.

Shebaniah, Joshaphat, Nethanel, Amasai, Zechariah, Benaiah, and Eliezer, the priests, blew the trumpets before God’s ark; and Obed-Edom and Jehiah were doorkeepers for the ark.

Então Davi e os principais homens de Israel, juntos com os altos oficiais, líderes de mil, foram com grande alegria à casa de Obede-Edom a fim de levarem a arca da aliança.

David pues y los ancianos de Israel, y los capitanes de millares, fueron á traer el arca del pacto de Jehová, de casa de Obed-edom, con alegría.

So David, and the elders of Israel, and the captains over thousands, went to bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD out of the house of Obed-edom with joy.

E porque Deus estava claramente ajudando os levitas que carregavam a arca da aliança do Senhor, eles ofereceram como sacrifício sete novilhos e sete carneiros.

And it came to pass, when God helped the Levites that bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD, that they offered seven bullocks and seven rams.

Os levitas que carregavam a arca, os cantores, e Quenanias, dirigente do canto, estavam todos vestidos com roupas de linho fino; Davi também usava um manto de linho fino.

Y David iba vestido de lino fino y también todos los Levitas que llevaban el arca, y asimismo los cantores; y Chênanías era maestro de canto entre los cantores. Llevaba también David sobre sí un ephod de lino.

And David was clothed with a robe of fine linen, and all the Levites that bare the ark, and the singers, and Chenaniah the master of the song with the singers: David also had upon him an ephod of linen.

Assim os chefes de Israel, junto com todo o Israel, levaram a arca para Jerusalém com gritos de alegria, ao som de trombetas, cornetas, címbalos, harpas e cítaras.

De esta manera llevaba todo Israel el arca del pacto de Jehová, con júbilo y sonido de bocinas, y trompetas, y címbalos, y al son de salterios y arpas.

Thus all Israel brought up the ark of the covenant of the LORD with shouting, and with sound of the cornet, and with trumpets, and with cymbals, making a noise with psalteries and harps.

Mas quando a arca da aliança do Senhor entrava na Cidade de Davi, Mical, esposa de Davi e filha do rei Saul, estava olhando pela janela. Ela viu Davi pulando e dançando de alegria e sentiu grande desprezo em seu coração.

Y como el arca del pacto de Jehová llegó á la ciudad de David, Michâl, hija de Saúl, mirando por una ventana, vió al rey David que saltaba y bailaba; y menospreciólo en su corazón.
