Davide si costruì delle case nella città di Davide; preparò un luogo per l’arca di Dio, e drizzò una tenda per essa.

HIZO también casas para sí en la ciudad de David, y labró un lugar para el arca de Dios, y tendióle una tienda.

And David made him houses in the city of David, and prepared a place for the ark of God, and pitched for it a tent.

David made himself houses in David’s city; and he prepared a place for God’s ark, and pitched a tent for it.

Allora Davide disse: “Nessuno deve portare l’arca di Dio tranne i Leviti; perché l’Eterno ha scelti loro per portare l’arca di Dio, e per esser suoi ministri in perpetuo”.

Entonces dijo David: El arca de Dios no debe ser traída sino por los Levitas; porque á ellos ha elegido Jehová para que lleven el arca de Jehová, y le sirvan perpetuamente.

Then David said, None ought to carry the ark of God but the Levites: for them hath the LORD chosen to carry the ark of God, and to minister unto him for ever.

Then David said, “No one ought to carry God’s ark but the Levites. For the LORD has chosen them to carry God’s ark, and to minister to him forever.”

E Davide convocò tutto Israele a Gerusalemme per trasportar l’arca dell’Eterno al luogo ch’egli le avea preparato.

Y juntó David á todo Israel en Jerusalem, para que pasasen el arca de Jehová á su lugar, el cual le había él preparado.

And David gathered all Israel together to Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the LORD unto his place, which he had prepared for it.

Poi Davide chiamò i sacerdoti Tsadok e Abiathar, e i Leviti Uriel, Asaia, Joel, Scemaia, Eliel e Amminadab,

Y llamó David á Sadoc y á Abiathar, sacerdotes, y á los Levitas, Uriel, Asaías, Joel, Semeías, Eliel, y Aminadab;

And David called for Zadok and Abiathar the priests, and for the Levites, for Uriel, Asaiah, and Joel, Shemaiah, and Eliel, and Amminadab,

e disse loro: “Voi siete i capi delle case patriarcali dei Leviti; santificatevi, voi e i vostri fratelli, affinché possiate trasportar l’arca dell’Eterno, dell’Iddio d’Israele, nel luogo che io le ho preparato.

Y díjoles: Vosotros que sois los principales de padres entre los Levitas, santificaos, vosotros y vuestros hermanos, y pasad el arca de Jehová Dios de Israel al lugar que le he preparado;

And said unto them, Ye are the chief of the fathers of the Levites: sanctify yourselves, both ye and your brethren, that ye may bring up the ark of the LORD God of Israel unto the place that I have prepared for it.

and said to them, “You are the heads of the fathers’ households of the Levites. Sanctify yourselves, both you and your brothers, that you may bring the ark of the LORD, the God of Israel, up to the place that I have prepared for it.

Siccome voi non c’eravate la prima volta, l’Eterno, il nostro Dio, fece una breccia fra noi, perché non lo cercammo secondo le regole stabilite”.

Pues por no haberlo hecho así vosotros la primera vez, Jehová nuestro Dios hizo en nosotros rotura, por cuanto no le buscamos según la ordenanza.

For because ye did it not at the first, the LORD our God made a breach upon us, for that we sought him not after the due order.

For because you didn’t carry it at first, the LORD our God broke out in anger against us, because we didn’t seek him according to the ordinance.”

I sacerdoti e i Leviti dunque si santificarono per trasportare l’arca dell’Eterno, dell’Iddio d’Israele.

Así los sacerdotes y los Levitas se santificaron para traer el arca de Jehová Dios de Israel.

E i figliuoli dei Leviti portarono l’arca di Dio sulle loro spalle, per mezzo di stanghe, come Mosè aveva ordinato, secondo la parola dell’Eterno.

Y los hijos de los Levitas trajeron el arca de Dios puesta sobre sus hombros en las barras, como lo había mandado Moisés conforme á la palabra de Jehová.

And the children of the Levites bare the ark of God upon their shoulders with the staves thereon, as Moses commanded according to the word of the LORD.

E Davide ordinò ai capi dei Leviti che chiamassero i loro fratelli cantori a prestar servizio coi loro strumenti musicali, saltèri, cetre e cembali, da cui trarrebbero suoni vigorosi, in segno di gioia.

Asimismo dijo David á los principales de los Levitas, que constituyesen de sus hermanos cantores, con instrumentos de música, con salterios, y arpas, y címbalos, que resonasen, y alzasen la voz con alegría.

And David spake to the chief of the Levites to appoint their brethren to be the singers with instruments of musick, psalteries and harps and cymbals, sounding, by lifting up the voice with joy.

I Leviti dunque chiamarono a prestar servizio Heman, figliuolo di Joel; e fra i suoi fratelli, Asaf, figliuolo di Berekia; tra i figliuoli di Merari, loro fratelli, Ethan, figliuolo di Kushaia.

Y los Levitas constituyeron á Hemán hijo de Joel; y de sus hermanos, á Asaph hijo de Berechîas; y de los hijos de Merari y de sus hermanos, á Ethán hijo de Cusaías;

So the Levites appointed Heman the son of Joel; and of his brethren, Asaph the son of Berechiah; and of the sons of Merari their brethren, Ethan the son of Kushaiah;

Con loro, furon chiamati i loro fratelli del secondo ordine: Zaccaria, Ben, Jaaziel, Scemiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Benaia, Maaseia, Mattithia, Elifalehu, Mikneia, Obed-Edom e Jeiel, i portinai.

Y con ellos á sus hermanos del segundo orden, á Zachârías, Ben y Jaaziel, Semiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Benaías, Maasías, y Mathithías, Eliphelehu, Micnías, Obed-edom, y Jehiel, los porteros.

And with them their brethren of the second degree, Zechariah, Ben, and Jaaziel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Unni, Eliab, and Benaiah, and Maaseiah, and Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneiah, and Obed-edom, and Jeiel, the porters.

and with them their brothers of the second rank: Zechariah, Ben, Jaaziel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Benaiah, Maaseiah, Mattithiah, Eliphelehu, Mikneiah, Obed-Edom, and Jeiel, the doorkeepers.

I cantori Heman, Asaf ed Ethan, aveano dei cembali di rame per sonare;

Así Hemán, Asaph, y Ethán, que eran cantores, sonaban con címbalos de metal.

So the singers, Heman, Asaph, and Ethan, were appointed to sound with cymbals of brass;

So the singers, Heman, Asaph, and Ethan, were given cymbals of bronze to sound aloud;

Zaccaria, Aziel, Scemiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Maaseia e Benaia avean dei saltèri per accompagnare voci di fanciulle;

Y Zachârías, Jaaziel, Semiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Maasías, y Benaías, con salterios sobre Alamoth.

And Zechariah, and Aziel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Unni, and Eliab, and Maaseiah, and Benaiah, with psalteries on Alamoth;

and Zechariah, Aziel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Maaseiah, and Benaiah, with stringed instruments set to Alamoth;

Mattithia, Elifalehu, Mikneia, Obed-Edom, Jeiel ed Azazia sonavano con cetre all’ottava, per guidare il canto;

Y Mathithías, Eliphelehu, Micnías, Obed-edom, Jehiel, y Azazías, cantaban con arpas en la octava sobresaliendo.

And Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneiah, and Obed-edom, and Jeiel, and Azaziah, with harps on the Sheminith to excel.

and Mattithiah, Eliphelehu, Mikneiah, Obed-Edom, Jeiel, and Azaziah, with harps tuned to the eight-stringed lyre, to lead.

Kenania, capo dei Leviti, era preposto al canto; dirigeva la musica, perché era competente in questo.

Y Chênanías, principal de los Levitas, estaba para la entonación; pues él presidía en el canto, porque era entendido.

And Chenaniah, chief of the Levites, was for song: he instructed about the song, because he was skilful.

Berekia e Elkana erano portinai dell’arca.

Scebania, Joshafat, Nethaneel, Amasai, Zaccaria, Benaia ed Eliezer, sacerdoti, sonavano la tromba davanti all’arca di Dio; e Obed-Edom e Jehija erano portinai dell’arca.

Y Sebanías, Josaphat, Nathanael, Amasai, Zachârías, Benaías, y Eliezer, sacerdotes, tocaban las trompetas delante del arca de Dios: Obed-edom y Jehías eran también porteros del arca.

And Shebaniah, and Jehoshaphat, and Nethaneel, and Amasai, and Zechariah, and Benaiah, and Eliezer, the priests, did blow with the trumpets before the ark of God: and Obed-edom and Jehiah were doorkeepers for the ark.

Davide, gli anziani d’Israele e capi di migliaia si misero in cammino per trasportare l’arca del patto dell’Eterno dalla casa di Obed-Edom, con gaudio.

David pues y los ancianos de Israel, y los capitanes de millares, fueron á traer el arca del pacto de Jehová, de casa de Obed-edom, con alegría.

E poiché Dio prestò assistenza ai Leviti che portavan l’arca del patto dell’Eterno, fu offerto un sacrifizio di sette giovenchi e di sette montoni.

Y ayudando Dios á los Levitas que llevaban el arca del pacto de Jehová, sacrificaban siete novillos y siete carneros.

And it came to pass, when God helped the Levites that bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD, that they offered seven bullocks and seven rams.

Davide indossava un manto di lino fino, come anche tutti i Leviti che portavano l’arca, i cantori, e Kenania, capo musica fra i cantori; e Davide avea sul manto un efod di lino.

E come l’arca del patto dell’Eterno giunse alla città di Davide, Mical, figliuola di Saul, guardava dalla finestra: e vedendo il re Davide che danzava e saltava, lo sprezzò in cuor suo.

Y como el arca del pacto de Jehová llegó á la ciudad de David, Michâl, hija de Saúl, mirando por una ventana, vió al rey David que saltaba y bailaba; y menospreciólo en su corazón.

And it came to pass, as the ark of the covenant of the LORD came to the city of David, that Michal the daughter of Saul looking out at a window saw king David dancing and playing: and she despised him in her heart.
