10envió a su hijo Hadoram para saludar al rey David y felicitarlo por su victoria en la batalla contra Hadadézer (ya que Tou también estaba en guerra con él). Hadoram le llevó artículos de oro, plata y bronce.

10Envió á Adoram su hijo al rey David, á saludarle y á bendecirle por haber peleado con Adarezer, y haberle vencido; porque Tou tenía guerra con Adarezer. Envióle también toda suerte de vasos de oro, de plata y de metal;

10He sent Hadoram his son to king David, to enquire of his welfare, and to congratulate him, because he had fought against Hadarezer, and smitten him; (for Hadarezer had war with Tou;) and with him all manner of vessels of gold and silver and brass.
