Then David placed troops in Syria, in Damascus. And the Syrians became David's servants, bringing gifts. And the LORD preserved David wherever he went.

Y puso David guarnición en Siria la de Damasco, y los Siros fueron hechos siervos de David, trayéndole presentes: porque Jehová salvaba á David donde quiera que iba.
