Então, Joabe e os soldados de seu exército avançaram para a batalha contra os sírios, que foram forçados a fugir diante do exército de Israel.

Acercóse luego Joab y el pueblo que tenía consigo, para pelear contra los Siros; mas ellos huyeron delante de él.

So Joab and the people that were with him drew nigh before the Syrians unto the battle; and they fled before him.
