Al ver que los sirios huían, los hijos de Amón también huyeron de Abisai, hermano de Joab, y entraron en su ciudad. Entonces Joab regresó a Jerusalén.

Y los hijos de Ammón, viendo que los Siros habían huído, huyeron también ellos delante de Abisai su hermano, y entráronse en la ciudad. Entonces Joab se volvió á Jerusalem.
