6Die Kinder aber Gomers sind: Askenas, Riphath, Thogarma.
7Die Kinder Javans sind: Elisa, Tharsisa, die Chittiter, die Dodaniter.
8Die Kinder Hams sind: Chus, Mizraim, Put, Kanaan.
9Die Kinder aber von Chus sind: Seba, Hevila, Sabtha, Ragma, Sabthecha. Die Kinder aber Ragmas sind: Saba und Dedan.
10Chus aber zeugte Nimrod; der fing an, gewaltig zu sein auf Erden.
11Mizraim zeugte die Luditer, die Anamiter, die Lehabiter, die Naphthuhiter,
12die Pathrusiter, die Kasluhiter, von welchen sind ausgegangen die Philister, und die Kaphthoriter.
13Kanaan aber zeugte Sidon, seinen ersten Sohn und Heth,
14den Jebusiter, den Amoriter, den Girgasiter,
15den Heviter, den Arkiter, den Siniter,
16den Arvaditer, den Zemariter und den Hamathiter.
17Die Kinder Sems sind diese: Elam, Assur, Arphachsad, Lud, Aram, Uz, Hul, Gether und Mesech.
18Arphachsad aber zeugte Salah; Salah zeugte Eber.
19Eber aber wurden zwei Söhne geboren: der eine hieß Peleg, darum daß zu seiner Zeit das Land zerteilt ward, und sein Bruder hieß Joktan.
20Joktan aber zeugte Almodad, Saleph, Hazarmaveth, Jarah,
21Hadoram, Usal, Dikla,
22Ebal, Abimael, Saba,
23Ophir, Hevila, und Jobab. Diese alle sind Kinder Joktans.
24Sem, Arphachsad, Salah,
25Eber, Peleg, Regu,
26Serug, Nahor, Tharah,
27Abram, das ist Abraham.
28Die Kinder aber Abrahams sind: Isaak und Ismael.
29Dies ist ihr Geschlecht: der erste Sohn Ismaels, Nebajoth, Kedar, Adbeel, Mibsam,
30Misma, Duma, Massa, Hadad, Thema,
31Jetur, Naphis, Kedma. Das sind die Kinder Ismaels.
32Die Kinder aber Keturas, des Kebsweibs Abraham: die gebar Simran, Joksan, Medan, Midian, Jesbak, Suah. Aber die Kinder Joksans sind: Saba und Dedan.

34Abraham zeugte Isaak. Die Kinder aber Isaaks sind: Esau und Israel.

36Die Kinder Eliphas sind: Theman, Omar, Zephi, Gaetham, Kenas, Thimna, Amalek.

51Da aber Hadad starb, wurden Fürsten zu Edom: Fürst Thimna, Fürst Alwa, Fürst Jetheth,
52Fürst Oholibama, Fürst Ela, Fürst Pinon,
53Fürst Kenas, Fürst Theman, Fürst Mizbar,

19Y á Heber nacieron dos hijos: el nombre del uno fué Peleg, por cuanto en sus días fué dividida la tierra; y el nombre de su hermano fué Joctán.
20Y Joctán engendró á Elmodad, Seleph, Asarmaveth, y Jera,
21A Adoram también, á Uzal, Dicla,
22Hebal, Abimael, Seba,
23Ophir, Havila, y Jobab: todos hijos de Joctán.
24Sem, Arphaxad, Sela,

27Y Abram, el cual es Abraham.
