15Or Iddio mandò l'Angelo in Gerusalemme, per farvi il guasto; ma, come egli era per fare il guasto, il Signore riguardò, e si pentì del male, e disse all'Angelo che distruggeva: Basta; ritrai ora la tua mano. Or l'Angelo del Signore stava in piè presso dell'aia di Ornan Gebuseo.

15And God sent an angel unto Jerusalem to destroy it: and as he was destroying, the LORD beheld, and he repented him of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed, It is enough, stay now thine hand. And the angel of the LORD stood by the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite.

15God sent an angel to Jerusalem to destroy it. As he was about to destroy, the LORD saw, and he relented of the disaster, and said to the destroying angel, “It is enough. Now withdraw your hand.” the LORD’s angel was standing by the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite.
