Assim Davi e os príncipes do exército apartaram para o ministério a os filhos de Asafe, e de Hemã, e de Jedutum, os quais profetizassem com harpas, saltérios, e címbalos: e o número deles foi, de homens idôneos para a obra de seu ministério

ASIMISMO David y los príncipes del ejército apartaron para el ministerio á los hijos de Asaph, y de Hemán, y de Jeduthún, los cuales profetizasen con arpas, salterios, y címbalos: y el número de ellos fué, de hombres idóneos para la obra de su ministerio respectivo:

Moreover David and the captains of the host separated to the service of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was:

Moreover, David and the captains of the army set apart for the service certain of the sons of Asaph, of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who were to prophesy with harps, with stringed instruments, and with cymbals. The number of those who did the work according to their service was:

Dos filhos de Asafe: Zacur, José, Netanias, e Asarela, filhos de Asafe, sob a direção de Asafe, o qual profetizava à ordem do rei.

De los hijos de Asaph: Zachûr, José, Methanías, y Asareela, hijos de Asaph, bajo la dirección de Asaph, el cual profetizaba á la orden del rey.

De Jedutum: os filhos de Jedutum, Gedalias, Zeri, Jesaías, Hasabias, e Matitias, e Simei: seis, sob a mão de seu pai Jedutum, o qual profetizava com harpa, para celebrar e louvar a o SENHOR.

De Jeduthún: los hijos de Jeduthún, Gedalías, Sesi, Jesaías, Hasabías, y Mathithías, y Simi: seis, bajo la mano de su padre Jeduthún, el cual profetizaba con arpa, para celebrar y alabar á Jehová.

Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun; Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the hands of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with a harp, to give thanks and to praise the LORD.

De Hemã: os filhos de Hemã, Buquias, Matanias, Uziel, Sebuel, Jeremote, Hananias, Hanani, Eliata, Gidalti, Romanti-Ezer, Josbecasa, Maloti, Hotir, e Maaziote.

De Hemán: los hijos de Hemán, Buccia, Mathanía, Uzziel, Sebuel, Jerimoth, Hananías, Hanani, Eliatha, Gidalthi, Romamti-ezer, Josbecasa, Mallothi, Othir, y Mahazioth.

Of Heman: the sons of Heman; Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamti-ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth:

Todos estes foram filhos de Hemã, vidente do rei em palavras de Deus, para exaltar o poder seu: e deu Deus a Hemã catorze filhos e três filhas.

E todos estes estavam sob a direção de seu pai na música, na casa do SENHOR, com címbalos, saltérios e harpas, para o ministério do templo de Deus, por disposição do rei acerca de Asafe, de Jedutum, e de Hemã.

All these were under the hands of their father for song in the house of the LORD, with cymbals, psalteries, and harps, for the service of the house of God, according to the king’s order to Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman.

E o número deles com seus irmãos instruídos em música do SENHOR, todos os aptos, foi duzentos oitenta e oito.

E lançaram sortes para os turnos do serviço, entrando o pequeno com o grande, o mesmo o mestre que o discípulo.
