Estas fueron las divisiones de los encargados de las puertas, hombres de autoridad, que tenían posiciones responsables como sus hermanos para servir en él templo del Señor.

Entre estos se hizo la distribución de los porteros, alternando los principales de los varones en la guardia con sus hermanos, para servir en la casa de Jehová.

Among these were the divisions of the porters, even among the chief men, having wards one against another, to minister in the house of the LORD.

Of these were the divisions of the doorkeepers, even of the chief men, having offices like their brothers, to minister in the LORD’s house.
