Quando Davi fez a contagem do povo, não contou os que tinham menos de vinte anos de idade, porque o Senhor havia prometido que a população de Israel seria muito numerosa, como as estrelas do céu.

Y no tomó David el número de los que eran de veinte años abajo, por cuanto Jehová había dicho que él había de multiplicar á Israel como las estrellas del cielo.
