También se adjudicaron, por sorteo, las tierras de pastoreo a los levitas, como asimismo ciudades (a las que les cambiaron el nombre) que pertenecían a las tribus de Judá, Simeón y Benjamín.

Y dieron los hijos de Israel á los Levitas ciudades con sus ejidos.
