Maquir tomou por esposa uma irmã de Hupim e Supim, cujo nome era Maacá. Outro descendente de Manassés foi Zelofeade, que teve somente filhas.

Y Machîr tomó por mujer la hermana de Huppim y Suppim, cuya hermana tuvo por nombre Maachâ:) y el nombre del segundo fué Salphaad. Y Salphaad tuvo hijas.
