Porque los cuatro jefes de las puertas, que eran levitas, tenían una posición especial, cuidando las habitaciones y los tesoros de la casa de Dios.

Porque cuatro principales de los porteros Levitas estaban en el oficio, y tenían cargo de las cámaras, y de los tesoros de la casa de Dios.

For these Levites, the four chief porters, were in their set office, and were over the chambers and treasuries of the house of God.

for the four chief gatekeepers, who were Levites, were in an office of trust, and were over the rooms and over the treasuries in God’s house.
