1 Corintios 10

Ich will euch aber, liebe Brüder, nicht verhalten, daß unsere Vater sind alle unter der Wolke gewesen und sind alle durchs Meer gegangen

PORQUE no quiero, hermanos, que ignoréis que nuestros padres todos estuvieron bajo la nube, y todos pasaron la mar;

Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;

und sind alle unter Mose getauft mit der Wolke und mit dem Meer;

And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

Aber an ihrer vielen hatte Gott kein Wohlgefallen; denn sie sind niedergeschlagen in der Wuste.

Das ist aber uns zum Vorbilde geschehen, daß wir uns nicht gelusten lassen des Bosen, gleichwie jene gelüstet hat.

Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.

Auch lasset uns nicht Hurerei treiben, wie etliche unter jenen Hurerei trieben, und fielen auf einen Tag dreiundzwanzigtausend.

Ni forniquemos, como algunos de ellos fornicaron, y cayeron en un día veinte y tres mil.

Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.

Lasset uns aber auch Christum nicht versuchen, wie etliche von jenen ihn versuchten und wurden von, den Schlangen umgebracht.

Ni tentemos á Cristo, como también algunos de ellos le tentaron, y perecieron por las serpientes.

Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.

Let’s not test Christ, as some of them tested, and perished by the serpents.

Murretauch nicht, gleichwie jener etliche murreten und wurden umgebracht durch den Verderber.

Ni murmuréis, como algunos de ellos murmuraron, y perecieron por el destructor.

Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.

Don’t grumble, as some of them also grumbled, and perished by the destroyer.

Solches alles widerfuhr ihnen zum Vorbilde; es ist aber geschrieben uns zur Warnung, auf welche das Ende der Welt kommen ist.

Y estas cosas les acontecieron en figura; y son escritas para nuestra admonición, en quienes los fines de los siglos han parado.

Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

Darum wer, sich lasset dunken, er stehe, mag wohl zusehen, daß er nicht falle.

Es hat euch noch keine denn menschliche Versuchung betreten; aber Gott ist getreu, der euch nicht lasset versuchen uber euer Vermogen, sondern machet, daß die Versuchung so ein Ende gewinne, daß ihds konnet ertragen.

No os ha tomado tentación, sino humana: mas fiel es Dios, que no os dejará ser tentados más de lo que podéis llevar; antes dará también juntamente con la tentación la salida, para que podáis aguantar.

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

Darum, meine Liebsten; fliehet von dem Gotzendienst!

Por tanto, amados míos, huid de la idolatría.

Dergesegnete Kelch, welchen wir segnen, ist der nicht die Gemeinschaft des Blutes Christi? Das Brot, das wir brechen, ist das nicht die Gemeinschaft des Leibes Christi?

La copa de bendición que bendecimos, ¿no es la comunión de la sangre de Cristo? El pan que partimos, ¿no es la comunión del cuerpo de Cristo?

The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?

Denn ein Brot ist's; so sind wirviele ein Leib, dieweil wir alle eines Brotes teilhaftig sind.

Porque un pan, es que muchos somos un cuerpo; pues todos participamos de aquel un pan.

For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread.

Because there is one loaf of bread, we, who are many, are one body; for we all partake of the one loaf of bread.

Sehet an den Israel nach dem Fleisch. Welche die Opfer essen, sind die nicht in der Gemeinschaft des Altars?

Mirad á Israel según la carne: los que comen de los sacrificios ¿no son partícipes con el altar?

Behold Israel after the flesh: are not they which eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar?

Consider Israel according to the flesh. Don’t those who eat the sacrifices participate in the altar?

Was soli ich denn nun sagen? Soil ich sagen, daß der Gotze etwas sei, Oder daß das Gotzenopfer etwas sei?

¿Qué pues digo? ¿Que el ídolo es algo? ¿ó que sea algo lo que es sacrificado á los ídolos?

What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing?

What am I saying then? That a thing sacrificed to idols is anything, or that an idol is anything?

Aber ich sage, daß die Heiden, was sie opfern, das opfern sie den Teufeln und nicht Gott. Nun will ich nicht, daß ihr in der Teufel Gemeinschaft sein sollet.

Antes digo que lo que los Gentiles sacrifican, á los demonios lo sacrifican, y no á Dios: y no querría que vosotros fueseis partícipes con los demonios.

But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.

But I say that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I don’t desire that you would have fellowship with demons.

Ihr konnt nicht zugleich trinken des Herrn Kelch und der Teufel Kelch; ihr konnt nicht zugleich teilhaftig sein des Tisches des Herrn und des Tisches der Teufel.

No podéis beber la copa del Señor, y la copa de los demonios: no podéis ser partícipes de la mesa del Señor, y de la mesa de los demonios.

Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.

You can’t both drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You can’t both partake of the table of the Lord and of the table of demons.

Oder wollen wir dem Herrn trotzen? Sind wir starker denn er?

¿O provocaremos á celo al Señor? ¿Somos más fuertes que él?

Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?

Or do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than he?

Ich habe es zwar alles Macht; aber es frommet nicht alles. Ich habe es alles Macht; aber es bessert nicht alles.

Todo me es lícito, mas no todo conviene: todo me es lícito, mas no todo edifica.

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.

“All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are profitable. “All things are lawful for me,” but not all things build up.

Niemand suche was sein ist, sondern ein jeglicher, was des andern ist.

Ninguno busque su propio bien, sino el del otro.

Let no man seek his own, but every man another’s wealth.

Let no one seek his own, but each one his neighbor’s good.

Alles was feil ist auf dem Fleischmarkt, das esset und forschet nichts, auf daß ihr des Gewissens verschonet.

De todo lo que se vende en la carnicería, comed, sin preguntar nada por causa de la conciencia;

Whatsoever is sold in the shambles, that eat, asking no question for conscience sake:

Whatever is sold in the butcher shop, eat, asking no question for the sake of conscience,

Denn die Erde ist des Herrn, und was darinnen ist.

Porque del Señor es la tierra y lo que la hinche.

For the earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof.

for “the earth is the Lord’s, and its fullness.”

So aber jemand von den Unglaubigen euch ladet, und ihr wollt hingehen, so esset alles, was euch vorgetragen wird, und forschet nichts, auf dafi ihr des Gewissens verschonet.

Y si algún infiel os llama, y queréis ir, de todo lo que se os pone delante comed, sin preguntar nada por causa de la conciencia.

If any of them that believe not bid you to a feast, and ye be disposed to go; whatsoever is set before you, eat, asking no question for conscience sake.

But if one of those who don’t believe invites you to a meal, and you are inclined to go, eat whatever is set before you, asking no questions for the sake of conscience.

Wo aber jemand wurde zu euch sagen: Das ist Gotzenopfer, so esset nicht, urn deswilien, der es anzeigte, auf daß ihr des Gewissens verschonet. Die Erde ist des Herrn, und was darinnen ist.

Mas si alguien os dijere: Esto fué sacrificado á los ídolos: no lo comáis, por causa de aquel que lo declaró, y por causa de la conciencia: porque del Señor es la tierra y lo que la hinche.

But if any man say unto you, This is offered in sacrifice unto idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake: for the earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof:

But if anyone says to you, “This was offered to idols,” don’t eat it for the sake of the one who told you, and for the sake of conscience. For “the earth is the Lord’s, with all its fullness.”

Ich sage aber vom Gewissen nicht dein selbst, sondern des andern. Denn warum sollte ich meine Freiheit lassen urteilen von eines andern Gewissen?

La conciencia, digo, no tuya, sino del otro. Pues ¿por qué ha de ser juzgada mi libertad por otra conciencia?

Conscience, I say, not thine own, but of the other: for why is my liberty judged of another man’s conscience?

Conscience, I say, not your own, but the other’s conscience. For why is my liberty judged by another conscience?

Denn so ich's mit Danksagung genielie, was sollte ich denn verlastert werden uber dem, dafur ich danke?,

Y si yo con agradecimiento participo, ¿por qué he de ser blasfemado por lo que doy gracias?

For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks?

If I partake with thankfulness, why am I denounced for something I give thanks for?

Ihr esset nun Oder trinket, Oder was ihr tut, so tut es alles zu Gottes Ehre.

Si pues coméis, ó bebéis, ó hacéis otra cosa, hacedlo todo á gloria de Dios.

Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.

Seid nicht argerlich wederden Juden noch den Griechen noch der Gemeinde Gottes,

Sed sin ofensa á Judíos, y á Gentiles, y á la iglesia de Dios:

Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God:

Give no occasion for stumbling, whether to Jews, to Greeks, or to the assembly of God;

gleichwie ich auch jedermann in allerlei mich gefallig mache und suche nicht, was mir, sondern was vielen frommet, daß sie selig werden.

Como también yo en todas las cosas complazco á todos, no procurando mi propio beneficio, sino el de muchos, para que sean salvos.

Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.
