1 Corintios 10

Ich will nicht, Brüder, daß ihr vergeßt, wie alle unsere Väter unter der Wolke waren, und alle durch das Meer gingen,

PORQUE no quiero, hermanos, que ignoréis que nuestros padres todos estuvieron bajo la nube, y todos pasaron la mar;

Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;

Und alle mit der Wolke und dem Meer auf Moses getauft wurden.

Aber an der Mehrzahl derselben hatte Gott kein Wohlgefallen; denn sie wurden in der Wüste niedergestreckt.

Solches ist aber uns zum Vorbild geschehen, daß wir uns nicht gelüsten lassen des Bösen, wie jene sich gelüsten ließen.

Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.

Lasset auch nicht huren, wie von ihnen etliche hurten, so daß an einem Tage dreiundzwanzigtausend fielen.

Ni forniquemos, como algunos de ellos fornicaron, y cayeron en un día veinte y tres mil.

Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.

Und lasset uns nicht Christus versuchen, so wie etliche von jenen

Ni tentemos á Cristo, como también algunos de ellos le tentaron, y perecieron por las serpientes.

Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.

Murret auch nicht, wie etliche von jenen murrten, und durch den Verderber umkamen.

Ni murmuréis, como algunos de ellos murmuraron, y perecieron por el destructor.

Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.

Don’t grumble, as some of them also grumbled, and perished by the destroyer.

Solches alles ist jenen als Vorbildern widerfahren, es wurde aber uns zur Verwarnung geschrieben, auf die das Ende der Zeiten gekommen ist.

Y estas cosas les acontecieron en figura; y son escritas para nuestra admonición, en quienes los fines de los siglos han parado.

Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

Darum, wer sich läßt dünken, er stehe, mag zusehen, daß er nicht falle.

Es hat euch noch keine andere als menschliche Versuchung betroffen, Gott aber ist getreu, Der euch nicht läßt versuchen über euer Vermögen, sondern mit der Versuchung auch den Ausgang schafft, daß ihr es könnt ertragen.

No os ha tomado tentación, sino humana: mas fiel es Dios, que no os dejará ser tentados más de lo que podéis llevar; antes dará también juntamente con la tentación la salida, para que podáis aguantar.

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Darum, meine Geliebten, fliehet vor dem Götzendienst.

Por tanto, amados míos, huid de la idolatría.

Der gesegnete Kelch, den wir segnen, ist er nicht die Gemeinschaft von Christus Blut, das Brot, welches wir brechen, ist es nicht die Gemeinschaft von Christus Leib?

La copa de bendición que bendecimos, ¿no es la comunión de la sangre de Cristo? El pan que partimos, ¿no es la comunión del cuerpo de Cristo?

The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?

Denn ein Brot ist es, ein Leib sind wir, die vielen; denn wir alle haben Teil an dem einen Brot.

Porque un pan, es que muchos somos un cuerpo; pues todos participamos de aquel un pan.

For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread.

Because there is one loaf of bread, we, who are many, are one body; for we all partake of the one loaf of bread.

Seht an Israel nach dem Fleische; sind nicht alle, so da die Opfer essen, Teilhaber an dem Altar?

Mirad á Israel según la carne: los que comen de los sacrificios ¿no son partícipes con el altar?

Behold Israel after the flesh: are not they which eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar?

Consider Israel according to the flesh. Don’t those who eat the sacrifices participate in the altar?

Was will ich denn nun sagen? Daß der Götze etwas ist, oder daß das Götzenopfer etwas ist?

¿Qué pues digo? ¿Que el ídolo es algo? ¿ó que sea algo lo que es sacrificado á los ídolos?

What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing?

What am I saying then? That a thing sacrificed to idols is anything, or that an idol is anything?

Aber so viel sage ich, daß, was die Heiden opfern, sie den bösen Geistern opfern und nicht Gott, Nun will ich nicht, daß ihr Gemeinschaft habt mit dem, was der bösen Geister ist.

Antes digo que lo que los Gentiles sacrifican, á los demonios lo sacrifican, y no á Dios: y no querría que vosotros fueseis partícipes con los demonios.

But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.

But I say that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I don’t desire that you would have fellowship with demons.

Ihr könnt nicht den Kelch des Herrn trinken und den Kelch der bösen Geister. Ihr könnt nicht teilnehmen am Tische des Herrn und am Tische der bösen Geister.

No podéis beber la copa del Señor, y la copa de los demonios: no podéis ser partícipes de la mesa del Señor, y de la mesa de los demonios.

Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.

You can’t both drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You can’t both partake of the table of the Lord and of the table of demons.

Oder wollen wir den Herrn zum Unwillen reizen? Sind wir stärker denn Er?

¿O provocaremos á celo al Señor? ¿Somos más fuertes que él?

Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?

Or do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than he?

Wir haben zwar die Freiheit, alles zu tun, aber es frommt nicht alles. Ich habe Freiheit zu allem, aber nicht alles erbaut.

Todo me es lícito, mas no todo conviene: todo me es lícito, mas no todo edifica.

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.

“All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are profitable. “All things are lawful for me,” but not all things build up.

Niemand habe sich selbst, sondern den anderen im Auge.

Ninguno busque su propio bien, sino el del otro.

Let no man seek his own, but every man another’s wealth.

Let no one seek his own, but each one his neighbor’s good.

Alles, was auf dem Markt feil ist, esset, ohne nachzuforschen aus Gewissensbedenken.

De todo lo que se vende en la carnicería, comed, sin preguntar nada por causa de la conciencia;

Whatsoever is sold in the shambles, that eat, asking no question for conscience sake:

Whatever is sold in the butcher shop, eat, asking no question for the sake of conscience,

Denn die Erde ist des Herrn und was darinnen ist.

Porque del Señor es la tierra y lo que la hinche.

For the earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof.

for “the earth is the Lord’s, and its fullness.”

So euch aber einer der Ungläubigen einlädt, und ihr wollt hingehen, so esset alles, was euch vorgesetzt wird, und forscht nicht nach aus Gewissensbedenken.

Y si algún infiel os llama, y queréis ir, de todo lo que se os pone delante comed, sin preguntar nada por causa de la conciencia.

If any of them that believe not bid you to a feast, and ye be disposed to go; whatsoever is set before you, eat, asking no question for conscience sake.

But if one of those who don’t believe invites you to a meal, and you are inclined to go, eat whatever is set before you, asking no questions for the sake of conscience.

So euch aber einer sagt: Das ist Götzenfleisch, so esset es nicht, wegen dessen, der es euch ansagt, und aus Gewissen.

Mas si alguien os dijere: Esto fué sacrificado á los ídolos: no lo comáis, por causa de aquel que lo declaró, y por causa de la conciencia: porque del Señor es la tierra y lo que la hinche.

But if any man say unto you, This is offered in sacrifice unto idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake: for the earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof:

But if anyone says to you, “This was offered to idols,” don’t eat it for the sake of the one who told you, and for the sake of conscience. For “the earth is the Lord’s, with all its fullness.”

Unter Gewissen meine ich nicht euer eigenes, sondern das des anderen; denn warum soll ich meine Freiheit von dem Gewissen des anderen richten lassen?

La conciencia, digo, no tuya, sino del otro. Pues ¿por qué ha de ser juzgada mi libertad por otra conciencia?

Conscience, I say, not thine own, but of the other: for why is my liberty judged of another man’s conscience?

Conscience, I say, not your own, but the other’s conscience. For why is my liberty judged by another conscience?

Wenn ich es mit Danksagung genieße, warum sollte ich gelästert werden über dem, dafür ich danke?

Y si yo con agradecimiento participo, ¿por qué he de ser blasfemado por lo que doy gracias?

For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks?

If I partake with thankfulness, why am I denounced for something I give thanks for?

Mögt ihr nun essen oder trinken oder sonst etwas tun, so tut alles zur Ehre Gottes.

Si pues coméis, ó bebéis, ó hacéis otra cosa, hacedlo todo á gloria de Dios.

Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.

Gebt weder den Juden, noch den Griechen, noch der Gemeinde Gottes ein Ärgernis,

Sed sin ofensa á Judíos, y á Gentiles, y á la iglesia de Dios:

Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God:

Give no occasion for stumbling, whether to Jews, to Greeks, or to the assembly of God;

Gleich wie auch ich allen alles zu Gefallen tue, und nicht suche, was mir, sondern was den vielen frommt, damit sie selig werden.

Como también yo en todas las cosas complazco á todos, no procurando mi propio beneficio, sino el de muchos, para que sean salvos.

Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.
