E agora, irmãos, quero escrever sobre os dons espirituais, pois não desejo que vocês sejam ignorantes a esse respeito.
Y ACERCA de los dones espirituales, no quiero, hermanos, que ignoréis.
Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.
Now concerning spiritual things, brothers, I don’t want you to be ignorant.
Vocês estão lembrados de que, antes de se tornarem servos de Cristo, andavam para lá e para cá, de um ídolo a outro, nenhum dos quais podia falar uma única palavra.
Sabéis que cuando erais Gentiles, ibais, como erais llevados, á los ídolos mudos.
Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.
You know that when you were heathen, you were led away to those mute idols, however you might be led.
Agora, porém, vocês estão encontrando pessoas que alegam que transmitem mensagens da parte do Espírito de Deus. Como é que vocês podem saber se elas são realmente inspiradas por Deus ou não? Eis o critério: Ninguém, falando pelo poder do Espírito de Deus, pode amaldiçoar Jesus, e ninguém pode dizer “Jesus é Senhor” a não ser que seja pelo Espírito Santo.
Por tanto os hago saber, que nadie que hable por Espíritu de Dios, llama anatema á Jesús; y nadie puede llamar á Jesús Señor, sino por Espíritu Santo.
Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.
Therefore I make known to you that no man speaking by God’s Spirit says, “Jesus is accursed.” No one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” but by the Holy Spirit.
Ora, Deus nos dá diferentes tipos de dons, porém o Espírito Santo é a fonte de todos eles.
Empero hay repartimiento de dones; mas el mismo Espíritu es.
Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
Now there are various kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit.
Há diferentes espécies de serviço a Deus, porém é ao mesmo Senhor que estamos servindo.
Y hay repartimiento de ministerios; mas el mismo Señor es.
And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.
There are various kinds of service, and the same Lord.
Há muitos modos pelos quais Deus opera em nossas vidas, porém é o mesmo Deus quem faz a obra em nós e através de todos nós, os que lhe pertencemos.
Y hay repartimiento de operaciones; mas el mismo Dios es el que obra todas las cosas en todos.
And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
There are various kinds of workings, but the same God who works all things in all.
O Espírito Santo manifesta o poder de Deus através de cada um de nós visando o bem comum de toda a igreja.
Empero á cada uno le es dada manifestación del Espíritu para provecho.
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the profit of all.
A um o Espírito concede a palavra de sabedoria; a outro a palavra de conhecimento, e este dom vem do mesmo Espírito.
Porque á la verdad, á éste es dada por el Espíritu palabra de sabiduría; á otro, palabra de ciencia según el mismo Espíritu;
For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;

Ele dá uma fé toda especial a um; e a outro, dons de curar, pelo mesmo Espírito.
A otro, fe por el mismo Espíritu; y á otro, dones de sanidades por el mismo Espíritu;
To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit,
A um ele dá o poder de fazer milagres; e a outro o poder de profetizar. A outro, ainda, o poder de discernir espíritos que estão falando através daqueles que afirmam proclamar as mensagens de Deus — ou de perceber se realmente é o Espírito de Deus quem está falando. A um ele dá o dom de falar em línguas que jamais aprendeu; e outro, que também não conhece aquela língua, recebe o dom de interpretá-las.
A otro, operaciones de milagros; y á otro, profecía; y á otro, discreción de espíritus; y á otro, géneros de lenguas; y á otro, interpretación de lenguas.
To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
and to another workings of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of languages, and to another the interpretation of languages.
É o mesmo e único Espírito Santo que dá todos esses dons, e ele os distribui individualmente, a cada um como quer.
Mas todas estas cosas obra uno y el mismo Espíritu, repartiendo particularmente á cada uno como quiere.
But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
But the one and the same Spirit produces all of these, distributing to each one separately as he desires.
Nossos corpos têm muitos membros, porém esses muitos membros formam um só corpo. Assim acontece com Cristo.
Porque de la manera que el cuerpo es uno, y tiene muchos miembros, empero todos los miembros del cuerpo, siendo muchos, son un cuerpo, así también Cristo.
For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

Cada um de nós é um membro desse corpo único de Cristo. Alguns de nós são judeus; outros, gentios; alguns são escravos, e outros, livres. Entretanto, o Espírito Santo encaixou-nos todos juntos num só corpo. Todos nós fomos batizados no corpo de Cristo pelo único Espírito, e a todos nós foi dado beber do mesmo Espírito Santo.

Ora, o corpo não é feito de um só membro, mas de muitos.

Se o pé disser: “Não sou membro do corpo porque não sou mão”, nem por isso deixa de ser um membro do corpo.

If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
If the foot would say, “Because I’m not the hand, I’m not part of the body,” it is not therefore not part of the body.
E que pensariam vocês se ouvissem uma orelha dizer: “Não sou membro do corpo, porque sou apenas orelha, e não olho”? Será que isso a faria menos parte do corpo?
Y si dijere la oreja: Porque no soy ojo, no soy del cuerpo: ¿por eso no será del cuerpo?
And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
If the ear would say, “Because I’m not the eye, I’m not part of the body,” it’s not therefore not part of the body.
Suponhamos que o corpo inteiro fosse olho — então como é que vocês ouviriam? Ou, se o corpo todo fosse orelha, como é que vocês poderiam sentir o cheiro de alguma coisa?
Si todo el cuerpo fuese ojo, ¿dónde estaría el oído? Si todo fuese oído, ¿dónde estaría el olfato?
If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?
If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be? If the whole were hearing, where would the smelling be?
Entretanto, Deus criou muitos membros para os nossos corpos e colocou cada um desses membros conforme ele quis.
Mas ahora Dios ha colocado los miembros cada uno de ellos en el cuerpo, como quiso.
But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.

Que coisa esquisita seria um corpo, se tivesse somente um único membro!

Assim foi que ele fez muitos membros em um só corpo.

O olho não pode dizer à mão: “Não preciso de você”. A cabeça não pode dizer aos pés: “Não preciso de vocês”.
Ni el ojo puede decir á la mano: No te he menester: ni asimismo la cabeza á los pies: No tengo necesidad de vosotros.
And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.
The eye can’t tell the hand, “I have no need for you,” or again the head to the feet, “I have no need for you.”
E alguns dos membros que parecem ser os mais fracos e menos importantes são, na realidade, os mais necessários.
Antes, mucho más los miembros del cuerpo que parecen más flacos, son necesarios;
Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:
No, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary.
E aqueles membros que achamos ser menos honrosos, nós os protegemos, com todo o cuidado. E os membros que parecem ser feios recebem um tratamento especial,
Y á aquellos del cuerpo que estimamos ser más viles, á éstos vestimos más honrosamente; y los que en nosotros son menos honestos, tienen más compostura.
And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.
Those parts of the body which we think to be less honorable, on those we bestow more abundant honor; and our unpresentable parts have more abundant modesty,
enquanto outros membros não exigem esse cuidado especial. Assim, Deus armou o corpo de maneira tal que se dão cuidado e honra maiores àqueles membros que, de outro modo, poderiam parecer menos importantes.
Porque los que en nosotros son más honestos, no tienen necesidad: mas Dios ordenó el cuerpo, dando más abundante honor al que le faltaba;
For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked:

Isso produz harmonia entre os membros, não havendo divisão no corpo. Todos os membros têm o mesmo interesse uns pelos outros.
Para que no haya desavenencia en el cuerpo, sino que los miembros todos se interesen los unos por los otros.
That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

Eis o que eu estou procurando dizer: Todos vocês juntos são o corpo de Cristo, e cada um de vocês é um membro separado e necessário desse corpo.

Na igreja, Deus colocou tudo no seu devido lugar: Em primeiro lugar, os apóstolos; em segundo lugar, os profetas; em terceiro lugar, os mestres; depois os que fazem milagres, os que têm dons de curas, os que podem ajudar os outros, os que podem fazer que outros trabalhem juntos e os que falam línguas que nunca aprenderam.
Y á unos puso Dios en la iglesia, primeramente apóstoles, luego profetas, lo tercero doctores; luego facultades; luego dones de sanidades, ayudas, gobernaciones, géneros de lenguas.
And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
God has set some in the assembly: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracle workers, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, and various kinds of languages.
São todos apóstolos? Não. São todos profetas? Naturalmente que não. São todos mestres? Também não. Têm todos o poder de fazer milagres?
¿Son todos apóstoles? ¿son todos profetas? ¿todos doctores? ¿todos facultades?
Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?
Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all miracle workers?
É claro que não. Podem todos curar? Deus dá a todos o poder de falar em línguas que nunca aprenderam antes? Todos interpretam essas línguas?
¿Tienen todos dones de sanidad? ¿hablan todos lenguas? ¿interpretan todos?
Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
Do all have gifts of healings? Do all speak with various languages? Do all interpret?
Não, mas façam todo o possível para terem os dons mais importantes. Quero falar-lhes a respeito do caminho que é o melhor de todos!
Empero procurad los mejores dones: mas aun yo os muestro un camino más excelente.
But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.
But earnestly desire the best gifts. Moreover, I show a most excellent way to you.
