1 Corintios 13

Et quand je distribuerais en aliments tous mes biens, et que je livrerais mon corps afin que je sois brûlé, mais que je n’aie pas l’amour, cela ne me profite de rien.

Y si repartiese toda mi hacienda para dar de comer á pobres, y si entregase mi cuerpo para ser quemado, y no tengo caridad, de nada me sirve.

And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
