1 Corintios 13

Und wenn ich (einer) all meine (seine) Besitztümer austeilen würde (austeilt) und wenn ich (er) meinen (seinen) Körper ausliefern würde (ausliefert), damit ich verbrannt (so dass ich gerühmt) würde, aber keine Liebe hätte (habe, liebte ), dann würde es mir (ihm) nichts nützen (nützt es mir nichts).

Y si repartiese toda mi hacienda para dar de comer á pobres, y si entregase mi cuerpo para ser quemado, y no tengo caridad, de nada me sirve.

And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

If I give away all my goods to feed the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but don’t have love, it profits me nothing.
