Die Liebe ist langmütig, wohlwollend; die Liebe eifert nicht, die Liebe prahlt nicht, sie bläht sich nicht auf.

La caridad es sufrida, es benigna; la caridad no tiene envidia, la caridad no hace sinrazón, no se ensancha;

Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
