Ora, se Cristo é proclamado como ressurreto da morte, como podem alguns de vós dizer que não há ressurreição da morte?
Y si Cristo es predicado que resucitó de los muertos, ¿cómo dicen algunos entre vosotros que no hay resurrección de muertos?
Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?

Mas, se não há ressurreição da morte, então nem mesmo Cristo ressuscitou.
Porque si no hay resurrección de muertos, Cristo tampoco resucitó:
But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:
But if there is no resurrection of the dead, neither has Christ been raised.
E se Cristo não ressuscitou, então nossa pregação é em vão, e vossa fé também é em vão.
Y si Cristo no resucitó, vana es entonces nuestra predicación, vana es también vuestra fe.
And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.
If Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain and your faith also is in vain.
E fomos consideradas falsas testemunhas sobre Deus, porque testificamos contra Deus, dizendo que Ele ressuscitou a Cristo, quando Ele não o fez.
Y aun somos hallados falsos testigos de Dios; porque hemos testificado de Dios que él haya levantado á Cristo; al cual no levantó, si en verdad los muertos no resucitan.
Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.
Yes, we are also found false witnesses of God, because we testified about God that he raised up Christ, whom he didn’t raise up if it is true that the dead are not raised.
Pois se os mortos não são ressuscitados, nem mesmo Cristo foi ressuscitado.
Porque si los muertos no resucitan, tampoco Cristo resucitó:
For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:

E se Cristo não foi ressuscitado, vossa fé é em vão, e ainda estais em vossos pecados.

Então, aqueles que morreram em Cristo também pereceram.

Se somente nesta vida temos confiança para o futuro em Cristo, somos as mais miseráveis de todas as pessoas.
Si en esta vida solamente esperamos en Cristo, los más miserables somos de todos los hombres.
If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.
If we have only hoped in Christ in this life, we are of all men most pitiable.
Mas agora, Cristo foi ressuscitado dentre os mortos, sendo o primeiro fruto daqueles que morreram.
Mas ahora Cristo ha resucitado de los muertos; primicias de los que durmieron es hecho.
But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.

Visto que a morte veio por um homem, por um homem também veio a ressurreição dos mortos.

Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

Pois Ele deve reinar até ter posto todos os seus inimigos debaixo de Seus pés.
Porque es menester que él reine, hasta poner á todos sus enemigos debajo de sus pies.
For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.

O último inimigo a ser destruído é a morte.
Y el postrer enemigo que será deshecho, será la muerte.
The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

Porque "Ele pôs todas as coisas debaixo de Seus pés". Mas, quando se diz: "Ele pôs todas as coisas", está claro que isso não inclui Aquele que sujeitou a Ele todas as coisas.
Porque todas las cosas sujetó debajo de sus pies. Y cuando dice: Todas las cosas son sujetadas á él, claro está exceptuado aquel que sujetó á él todas las cosas.
For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
For, “He put all things in subjection under his feet.” But when he says, “All things are put in subjection”, it is evident that he is excepted who subjected all things to him.
Quando todas as coisas estiverem sujeitas a Ele, então o Filho Se sujeitará Àquele que todas as coisas Lhe sujeitou, para que Deus, o Pai, possa ser tudo em todos.
Mas luego que todas las cosas le fueren sujetas, entonces también el mismo Hijo se sujetará al que le sujetó á él todas las cosas, para que Dios sea todas las cosas en todos.
And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

De outro modo, o que farão aqueles que se batizam pelos mortos? Se os mortos não ressuscitam de modo algum, por que se batizam por causa deles?
De otro modo, ¿qué harán los que se bautizan por los muertos, si en ninguna manera los muertos resucitan? ¿Por qué pues se bautizan por los muertos?
Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead?

E por que estamos em perigo a todo o tempo?
¿Y por qué nosotros peligramos á toda hora?
And why stand we in jeopardy every hour?
Why do we also stand in jeopardy every hour?
Enfrento a morte todos os dias. Isto é uma certeza de que falo com orgulho a vós, o qual tenho em Cristo Jesus, nosso Senhor.
Sí, por la gloria que en orden á vosotros tengo en Cristo Jesús Señor nuestro, cada día muero.
I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.
I affirm, by the boasting in you which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.
O que eu ganho se, por motivos humanos, lutei com animais ferozes em Éfeso, se os mortos não são ressuscitados? "Comamos e bebamos, pois amanhã morreremos".
Si como hombre batallé en Efeso contra las bestias, ¿qué me aprovecha? Si los muertos no resucitan, comamos y bebamos, que mañana moriremos.
If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for to morrow we die.
If I fought with animals at Ephesus for human purposes, what does it profit me? If the dead are not raised, then “let’s eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.”
Não sejais enganados: "Más companhias corrompem os bons costumes".

Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.

Mas alguém dirá: "Como os mortos são ressuscitados? E com que tipo de corpo eles virão?"

But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?
But someone will say, “How are the dead raised?” and, “With what kind of body do they come?”
Vós sois tão ignorantes! O que vós semeais não crescerá a menos que morra.
Necio, lo que tú siembras no se vivifica, si no muriere antes.
Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die:
You foolish one, that which you yourself sow is not made alive unless it dies.
E o que semeais não é o corpo que há de ser, mas uma simples semente, que se tornará trigo ou outra planta.
Y lo que siembras, no siembras el cuerpo que ha de salir, sino el grano desnudo, acaso de trigo, ó de otro grano:
And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain:
That which you sow, you don’t sow the body that will be, but a bare grain, maybe of wheat, or of some other kind.
Mas Deus dará um corpo conforme Ele escolher, a cada semente dá seu corpo apropriado.

But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.

O que é semeado num corpo natural é ressuscitado num corpo espiritual. Se há um corpo natural, também há um corpo espiritual.

So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
But when this perishable body will have become imperishable, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then what is written will happen: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”
"Morte, onde está a tua vitória?". "Morte, onde está o teu aguilhão?".
¿Dónde está, oh muerte, tu aguijón? ¿dónde, oh sepulcro, tu victoria?
O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
“Death, where is your sting? Hades, where is your victory?”
O aguilhão da morte é o pecado, e o poder do pecado é a lei.
Ya que el aguijón de la muerte es el pecado, y la potencia del pecado, la ley.
The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

Mas graças a Deus, que nos dá a vitória através do nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo!
