1 Corintios 1

Puesto que no me envió Cristo a bautizar, sino a predicar el evangelio; no con sabiduría de palabras, para que no se haga vana la cruz de Cristo.

Porque no me envió Cristo á bautizar, sino á predicar el evangelio: no en sabiduría de palabras, porque no sea hecha vana la cruz de Cristo.

For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
