Car, considérez, frères, votre vocation ; il n'y a pas parmi vous beaucoup de sages selon la chair, ni beaucoup de puissants, ni beaucoup de nobles ;

Porque mirad, hermanos, vuestra vocación, que no sois muchos sabios según la carne, no muchos poderosos, no muchos nobles;

For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
