Vede, pois, o vosso chamado, irmãos; pois dentre vós não há muitos sábios segundo a carne, nem muitos poderosos, nem muitos da elite.

Porque mirad, hermanos, vuestra vocación, que no sois muchos sabios según la carne, no muchos poderosos, no muchos nobles;

For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
