Und ich, liebe Bruder, da ich zu euch kam, kam ich nicht mit hohen Worten Oder hoher Weisheit, euch zu verkundigen die gottliche Predigt.

ASÍ que, hermanos, cuando fuí á vosotros, no fuí con altivez de palabra, ó de sabiduría, á anunciaros el testimonio de Cristo.

And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.

When I came to you, brothers, I didn’t come with excellence of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God.
