Jetzt aber schreibe ich euch (unmißverständlich) so: Ihr dürft keinen Verkehr mit jemand haben, der den (christlichen) Brudernamen führt und dabei ein unzüchtiger Mensch oder ein Betrüger, ein Götzendiener, ein Verleumder, ein Trunkenbold oder ein Räuber ist; mit einem solchen Menschen dürft ihr nicht einmal Tischgemeinschaft haben.
Mas ahora os he escrito, que no os envolváis, es á saber, que si alguno llamándose hermano fuere fornicario, ó avaro, ó idólatra, ó maldiciente, ó borracho, ó ladrón, con el tal ni aun comáis.
But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.
But as it is, I wrote to you not to associate with anyone who is called a brother who is a sexual sinner, or covetous, or an idolater, or a slanderer, or a drunkard, or an extortionist. Don’t even eat with such a person.
