Si alguno de ustedes tiene algo contra otro, ¿se atreve a denunciar el caso ante los injustos y no ante los santos?
¿OSA alguno de vosotros, teniendo algo con otro, ir á juicio delante de los injustos, y no delante de los santos?
Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?
Dare any of you, having a matter against his neighbor, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?
¿No saben que los santos juzgarán al mundo? Si el mundo será juzgado por ustedes, ¿no son capaces de juzgar en casos insignificantes?
¿O no sabéis que los santos han de juzgar al mundo? Y si el mundo ha de ser juzgado por vosotros, ¿sois indignos de juzgar cosas muy pequeñas?
Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
Don’t you know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
¿No saben que juzgaremos a los ángeles? ¡Cuánto más en asuntos de esta vida!
¿O no sabéis que hemos de juzgar á los ángeles? ¿cuánto más las cosas de este siglo?
Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
Don’t you know that we will judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life?
Cuando ustedes tienen juicios sobre cosas de esta vida, ¿designan como jueces a los de menor estima en la congregación?
Por tanto, si hubiereis de tener juicios de cosas de este siglo, poned para juzgar á los que son de menor estima en la iglesia.
If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.
If then you have to judge things pertaining to this life, do you set them to judge who are of no account in the assembly?
Digo esto para avergonzarlos. ¿No hay entre ustedes algún entendido que juzgue entre sus hermanos?
Para avergonzaros lo digo. ¿Pues qué, no hay entre vosotros sabio, ni aun uno que pueda juzgar entre sus hermanos;
I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?
I say this to move you to shame. Isn’t there even one wise man among you who would be able to decide between his brothers?
¿Alguno denuncia a un hermano ante un tribunal porque peleó contra otro hermano, y esto ante los incrédulos?
Sino que el hermano con el hermano pleitea en juicio, y esto ante los infieles?
But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers.

Ya es una falta que entre ustedes tengan pleitos. ¿Por qué más bien no soportan la ofensa? ¿Por qué más bien no dejan que los defrauden?
Así que, por cierto es ya una falta en vosotros que tengáis pleitos entre vosotros mismos. ¿Por qué no sufrís antes la injuria? ¿por qué no sufrís antes ser defraudados?
Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?
Therefore it is already altogether a defect in you that you have lawsuits one with another. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded?
Pero ustedes cometen injusticia y defraudan a hermanos.
Empero vosotros hacéis la injuria, y defraudáis, y esto á los hermanos.
Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren.
No, but you yourselves do wrong and defraud, and that against your brothers.
¿No saben que los injustos no heredarán el reino de Dios? No se engañen: Ni inmorales sexuales, ni idólatras, ni adúlteros, ni afeminados, ni homosexuales,
¿No sabéis que los injustos no poseerán el reino de Dios? No erréis, que ni los fornicarios, ni los idólatras, ni los adúlteros, ni los afeminados, ni los que se echan con varones,
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
Or don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals,
ni ladrones, ni avaros, ni borrachos, ni difamadores, ni estafadores heredarán el reino de Dios.
Ni los ladrones, ni los avaros, ni los borrachos, ni los maldicientes, ni los robadores, heredarán el reino de Dios.
Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit God’s Kingdom.
Esto eran algunos de ustedes. Pero fueron lavados, santificados y declarados justos en el Nombre del Señor Jesucristo y por el Espíritu de nuestro Dios.
Y esto erais algunos: mas ya sois lavados, mas ya sois santificados, mas ya sois justificados en el nombre del Señor Jesús, y por el Espíritu de nuestro Dios.
And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

Todas las cosas me son lícitas, pero no todas me son provechosas. Todas las cosas me son lícitas, pero no permitiré que alguna me domine.
Todas las cosas me son lícitas, mas no todas convienen: todas las cosas me son lícitas, mas yo no me meteré debajo de potestad de nada.
All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.
“All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are expedient. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be brought under the power of anything.
El alimento es para el estómago y el estómago para el alimento, pero Dios los inutilizará a ambos. El cuerpo no es para la inmoralidad sexual, sino para el Señor. Y el Señor para el cuerpo,
Las viandas para el vientre, y el vientre para las viandas; empero y á él y á ellas deshará Dios. Mas el cuerpo no es para la fornicación, sino para el Señor; y el Señor para el cuerpo:
Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.
“Foods for the belly, and the belly for foods,” but God will bring to nothing both it and them. But the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.
pues Dios, Quien resucitó al Señor, también nos resucitará por medio de su poder.
Y Dios que levantó al Señor, también á nosotros nos levantará con su poder.
And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.

¿No saben que sus cuerpos son miembros de Cristo? ¿Tomaré los miembros de Cristo y los uniré a una prostituta? ¡Claro que no!
¿No sabéis que vuestros cuerpos son miembros de Cristo? ¿Quitaré pues los miembros de Cristo, y los haré miembros de una ramera? Lejos sea.
Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.
Don’t you know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be!
¿No saben que el que se une a una prostituta es un cuerpo con ella? Porque la Escritura dice: Los dos serán un solo cuerpo.
¿O no sabéis que el que se junta con una ramera, es hecho con ella un cuerpo? porque serán, dice, los dos en una carne.
What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.
Or don’t you know that he who is joined to a prostitute is one body? For, “The two”, he says, “will become one flesh.”
Pero el que se une al Señor es un espíritu con Él.
Empero el que se junta con el Señor, un espíritu es.
But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.
But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit.
¡Huyan de la inmoralidad sexual! Todo pecado que cometa un hombre está fuera del cuerpo, pero el que practica inmoralidad sexual, peca contra su propio cuerpo.
Huid la fornicación. Cualquier otro pecado que el hombre hiciere, fuera del cuerpo es; mas el que fornica, contra su propio cuerpo peca.
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
Flee sexual immorality! “Every sin that a man does is outside the body,” but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
¿No saben que su cuerpo es Santuario del Espíritu Santo, Quien está en ustedes, el cual recibieron de Dios? ¿No saben que ustedes no se pertenecen
¿O ignoráis que vuestro cuerpo es templo del Espíritu Santo, el cual está en vosotros, el cual tenéis de Dios, y que no sois vuestros?
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own,
porque fueron comprados por precio? Por tanto enaltezcan a Dios con su cuerpo.
Porque comprados sois por precio: glorificad pues á Dios en vuestro cuerpo y en vuestro espíritu, los cuales son de Dios.
For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
