esto que vimos y oímos, es lo que os anunciamos, para que tengáis también vosotros unión con nosotros, y nuestra común unión sea con el Padre y con su Hijo Jesucristo.

(Porque la vida fué manifestada, y vimos, y testificamos, y os anunciamos aquella vida eterna, la cual estaba con el Padre, y nos ha aparecido;)

(For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)

(and the life was revealed, and we have seen, and testify, and declare to you the life, the eternal life, which was with the Father, and was revealed to us);
