Wenn wir sagen, daß wir mit ihm Gemeinschaft haben und in der Dunkelheit (in der Finsterniss, im Finstern) wandeln (leben), lügen wir und tun die Wahrheit nicht.

Si nosotros dijéremos que tenemos comunión con él, y andamos en tinieblas, mentimos, y no hacemos la verdad;

If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
