Wer Sünde tut, der ist vom Teufel; denn der Teufel sündiget von Anfang. Dazu ist erschienen der Sohn Gottes, daß er die Werke des Teufels zerstöre.

Y ahora, hijitos, perseverad en él; para que cuando apareciere, tengamos confianza, y no seamos confundidos de él en su venida.

And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

Now, little children, remain in him, that when he appears, we may have boldness and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
