Y pues sabéis que Dios es justo, sabed igualmente que quien vive según justicia o ejercita las virtudes, es hijo legítimo del mismo.

Y ahora, hijitos, perseverad en él; para que cuando apareciere, tengamos confianza, y no seamos confundidos de él en su venida.

And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

Now, little children, remain in him, that when he appears, we may have boldness and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
