Brothers, I do not write a new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which you have heard from the beginning.

Hermanos, no os escribo mandamiento nuevo, sino el mandamiento antiguo que habéis tenido desde el principio: el mandamiento antiguo es la palabra que habéis oído desde el principio.
