Sehet, welch eine Liebe hat uns der Vater erzeigt, daß wir Gottes Kinder heißen sollen! Darum erkennt uns die Welt nicht, weil sie Ihn nicht erkannt hat.

MIRAD cuál amor nos ha dado el Padre, que seamos llamados hijos de Dios: por esto el mundo no nos conoce, porque no le conoce á él.

Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

See how great a love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God! For this cause the world doesn’t know us, because it didn’t know him.
