Furcht ist nicht in der Liebe, sondern die völlige Liebe treibet die Furcht aus; denn die Furcht hat Pein. Wer sich aber fürchtet, der ist nicht völlig in der Liebe.

En esto se mostró el amor de Dios para con nosotros, en que Dios envió á su Hijo unigénito al mundo, para que vivamos por él.

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

By this God’s love was revealed in us, that God has sent his only born Son into the world that we might live through him.
