El Señor hizo que Hadad el edomita, que era miembro de la familia real de Edom, se fortaleciera y se convirtiera en enemigo de Salomón.

Y Jehová suscitó un adversario á Salomón, á Adad, Idumeo, de la sangre real, el cual estaba en Edom.

And the LORD stirred up an adversary unto Solomon, Hadad the Edomite: he was of the king’s seed in Edom.

The LORD raised up an adversary to Solomon: Hadad the Edomite. He was one of the king’s offspring in Edom.
