Cuando Hadad tuvo noticias en Egipto de que David había muerto y que Joab, el capitán del ejército, había muerto, le dijo al Faraón: “Regrésame a mi país”.

Y oyendo Adad en Egipto que David había dormido con sus padres, y que era muerto Joab general del ejército, Adad dijo á Faraón: Déjame ir á mi tierra.

And when Hadad heard in Egypt that David slept with his fathers, and that Joab the captain of the host was dead, Hadad said to Pharaoh, Let me depart, that I may go to mine own country.
