18Tiempo después, el rey Roboam envió a Adoram, que estaba a cargo del trabajo obligatorio, pero todos los israelitas lo mataron a pedradas. Entonces el rey Roboam subió a toda prisa a su carro y huyó a Jerusalén.

18Y el rey Roboam envió á Adoram, que estaba sobre los tributos; pero apedreóle todo Israel, y murió. Entonces el rey Roboam se esforzó á subir en un carro, y huir á Jerusalem.

18Then king Rehoboam sent Adoram, who was over the tribute; and all Israel stoned him with stones, that he died. Therefore king Rehoboam made speed to get him up to his chariot, to flee to Jerusalem.
