Et il sortit, et il trouva le cadavre gisant sur le chemin, l'âne et le lion se tenant auprès du corps ; et le lion n'avait point mangé le mort, et il n'avait point déchiré l'âne.

Y habló á sus hijos, y díjoles: Enalbardadme un asno. Y ellos se lo enalbardaron.

And he spake to his sons, saying, Saddle me the ass. And they saddled him.

He said to his sons, saying, “Saddle the donkey for me,” and they saddled it.
