Il imita en tout la conduite de Jéroboam, fils de Nebat, et les péchés qu'il avait fait commettre aux Israélites, irritant le Seigneur, Dieu d'Israël, par leurs vaines idoles.

Pues anduvo en todos los caminos de Jeroboam hijo de Nabat, y en su pecado con que hizo pecar á Israel, provocando á ira á Jehová Dios de Israel con sus ídolos.

For he walked in all the way of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and in his sin wherewith he made Israel to sin, to provoke the LORD God of Israel to anger with their vanities.
