Und es erging das Wort Jahwes an Jehu, den Sohn Hananis, gegen Bascha, wie folgt:

Y FUÉ palabra de Jehová á Jehú hijo de Hanani contra Baasa, diciendo:

Then the word of the LORD came to Jehu the son of Hanani against Baasha, saying,

Weil ich dich aus dem Staub erhoben und dich als Fürst (Anführer) über mein Volk Israel gesetzt habe und du auf dem Weg Jerobeams gegangen bist und mein Volk Israel zur Sünde verleitet hast, so dass sie mich wütend gemacht haben mit ihren Sünden:

Pues que yo te levanté del polvo, y te puse por príncipe sobre mi pueblo Israel, y tú has andado en el camino de Jeroboam, y has hecho pecar á mi pueblo Israel, provocándome á ira con sus pecados;

Forasmuch as I exalted thee out of the dust, and made thee prince over my people Israel; and thou hast walked in the way of Jeroboam, and hast made my people Israel to sin, to provoke me to anger with their sins;

“Because I exalted you out of the dust and made you prince over my people Israel, and you have walked in the way of Jeroboam and have made my people Israel to sin, to provoke me to anger with their sins,

Siehe, ich werde Bascha und sein Haus hinwegfegen und ich werde dein Haus stellen (d.h. so damit verfahren) wie das Haus Jerobeams, des Sohnes Nebats.

He aquí yo barreré la posteridad de Baasa, y la posteridad de su casa: y pondré tu casa como la casa de Jeroboam hijo de Nabat.

Behold, I will take away the posterity of Baasha, and the posterity of his house; and will make thy house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat.

Wer von Bascha in der Stadt stirbt, †den werden die Hunde fressen. Und wer von ihm auf dem Feld stirbt, den sollen die Vögel des Himmels fressen.

Und Bascha legte sich zu seinen Vätern und er wurde in Tirza begraben. Und sein Sohn Ela wurde König an seiner Stelle.

Empero la palabra de Jehová por mano de Jehú profeta, hijo de Hanani, había sido contra Baasa y también contra su casa, con motivo de todo lo malo que hizo á los ojos de Jehová, provocándole á ira con las obras de sus manos, para que fuese hecha como la casa de Jeroboam; y porque lo había herido.

And also by the hand of the prophet Jehu the son of Hanani came the word of the LORD against Baasha, and against his house, even for all the evil that he did in the sight of the LORD, in provoking him to anger with the work of his hands, in being like the house of Jeroboam; and because he killed him.

Im sechsundzwanzigsten Jahr †der Herrschaft von Asa, dem König Judas, herrschte Ela, Sohn Baschas, in Tirza †und seine Herrschaft dauerte zwei Jahre.

En el año veintiséis de Asa rey de Judá, comenzó á reinar Ela hijo de Baasa sobre Israel en Thirsa; y reinó dos años.

In the twenty and sixth year of Asa king of Judah began Elah the son of Baasha to reign over Israel in Tirzah, two years.

Und Simri kam und schlug ihn und tötete ihn, im siebenundzwanzigsten Jahr von Asa, dem König Judas. Und er wurde König an seiner Stelle.

And it came to pass, when he began to reign, as soon as he sat on his throne, that he slew all the house of Baasha: he left him not one that pisseth against a wall, neither of his kinsfolks, nor of his friends.

wegen aller Sünden Baschas und der Sünden seines Sohnes Ela, die sie begangen (wörtlich: gesündigt) haben und †mit denen sie Israel zur Sünde verleitet haben, so dass sie Jahwe, den Gott Israels, wütend gemacht haben mit ihren Götzen (wörtlich: Nichtigkeiten).

Por todos los pecados de Baasa, y los pecados de Ela su hijo, con que ellos pecaron é hicieron pecar á Israel, provocando á enojo á Jehová Dios de Israel con sus vanidades.

For all the sins of Baasha, and the sins of Elah his son, by which they sinned, and by which they made Israel to sin, in provoking the LORD God of Israel to anger with their vanities.

Im siebenundzwanzigsten Jahr †der Herrschaft von Asa, dem König Judas, herrschte Simri sieben Tage in Tirza. Das Volk aber belagerte †zu der Zeit Gibbeton, das den Philistern †gehörte.

En el año veintisiete de Asa rey de Judá, comenzó á reinar Zimri, y reinó siete días en Thirsa; y el pueblo había asentado campo sobre Gibbethón, ciudad de los Filisteos.

wegen seiner Sünden, die er begangen (wörtlich: gesündigt) hatte, indem er Böses (wörtlich: das Böse) in den Augen Jahwes getan hatte †und indem er auf den Weg Jerobeams gegangen war, und wegen seiner Sünde, die er getan hatte, indem er Israel zur Sünde verleitet hatte.

Damals war das Volk Israel in †zwei Hälften geteilt (gespalten): Eine Hälfte des Volkes war hinter Tibni, dem Sohn Ginats, †und war dafür ihn zum König zu machen; die †andere Hälfte †war hinter Omri.

Und Ahab, der Sohn Omris, tat, was böse war in den Augen Jahwes, †schlimmer als alle, die vor ihm †gewesen waren.

And Ahab the son of Omri did evil in the sight of the LORD above all that were before him.

Denn (und) es war †noch zu wenig (nicht genug), dass er in den Sünden Jerobeams, des Sohnes Nebats, ging. Er nahm †auch noch Isebel, die Tochter Etbaals, des Königs der Sidonier, zur Frau. Und er ging hin und diente dem Baal und betete ihn an (warf sich vor ihm nieder).

In seinen Tagen baute Hiël der Bet-Eliter †die Stadt Jericho †wieder auf. Um †den Preis von Abiram, seinem Erstgeborenen, legte er ihr Fundament und um †den Preis von Segub, seinem jüngsten †Sohn, setzte er ihre Tore ein, gemäß dem Wort Jahwes, das er durch Josua, den Sohn Nuns, gesprochen hatte.
