Er aber ging hin und tat nach dem Wort des HERRN; und ging weg und setzte sich am Bach Krith, der gegen den Jordan fleulit.

Y él fué, é hizo conforme á la palabra de Jehová; pues se fué y asentó junto al arroyo de Cherith, que está antes del Jordán.

So he went and did according unto the word of the LORD: for he went and dwelt by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan.

So he went and did according to the LORD’s word, for he went and lived by the brook Cherith that is before the Jordan.
