Et le roi David était vieux, avancé en âge ; et on le couvrait de vêtements et il ne se réchauffait pas.

COMO el rey David era viejo, y entrado en días, cubríanle de vestidos, mas no se calentaba.

Now king David was old and stricken in years; and they covered him with clothes, but he gat no heat.

Et ses serviteurs lui dirent : Que l'on cherche pour mon seigneur le roi une jeune fille vierge ; qu'elle se tienne devant le roi et le soigne, et qu'elle dorme dans ton sein, et mon seigneur le roi se réchauffera.

Dijéronle por tanto sus siervos: Busquen á mi señor el rey una moza virgen, para que esté delante del rey, y lo abrigue, y duerma á su lado, y calentará á mi señor el rey.

Wherefore his servants said unto him, Let there be sought for my lord the king a young virgin: and let her stand before the king, and let her cherish him, and let her lie in thy bosom, that my lord the king may get heat.

Therefore his servants said to him, “Let a young virgin be sought for my lord the king. Let her stand before the king, and cherish him; and let her lie in your bosom, that my lord the king may keep warm.”

Et on chercha dans tout le pays d'Israël une jeune fille qui fût belle, et on trouva Abisag, la Sunamite, et on l'amena au roi.

Y buscaron una moza hermosa por todo el término de Israel, y hallaron á Abisag Sunamita, y trajéronla al rey.

So they sought for a fair damsel throughout all the coasts of Israel, and found Abishag a Shunammite, and brought her to the king.

So they sought for a beautiful young lady throughout all the borders of Israel, and found Abishag the Shunammite, and brought her to the king.

Et cette jeune fille était fort belle, et elle soigna le roi et le servit ; mais le roi ne la connut point.

Y la moza era hermosa, la cual calentaba al rey, y le servía: mas el rey nunca la conoció.

And the damsel was very fair, and cherished the king, and ministered to him: but the king knew her not.

The young lady was very beautiful; and she cherished the king, and served him; but the king didn’t know her intimately.

Et Adonija, fils de Hagguith, s'enorgueillissait, disant : C'est moi qui serai roi ! Et il se procura chars et chevaux, et cinquante hommes couraient devant lui.

Entonces Adonía hijo de Haggith se levantó, diciendo: Yo reinaré. E hízose de carros y gente de á caballo, y cincuenta hombres que corriesen delante de él.

Then Adonijah the son of Haggith exalted himself, saying, I will be king: and he prepared him chariots and horsemen, and fifty men to run before him.

Et jamais son père ne le lui avait reproché en lui disant : Pourquoi agis-tu ainsi ? Adonija était aussi de fort belle taille, et par sa naissance il suivait Absalom.

Y su padre nunca lo entristeció en todos sus días con decirle: ¿Por qué haces así? Y también éste era de hermoso parecer; y habíalo engendrado después de Absalom.

And his father had not displeased him at any time in saying, Why hast thou done so? and he also was a very goodly man; and his mother bare him after Absalom.

His father had not displeased him at any time in saying, “Why have you done so?” and he was also a very handsome man; and he was born after Absalom.

Et il entra en pourparlers avec Joab, fils de Tséruja, et avec Abiathar, le sacrificateur ; et ils prirent parti pour Adonija.

Y tenía tratos con Joab hijo de Sarvia, y con Abiathar sacerdote, los cuales ayudaban á Adonía.

And he conferred with Joab the son of Zeruiah, and with Abiathar the priest: and they following Adonijah helped him.

Et Tsadok, le sacrificateur, et Bénaïa, fils de Jéhojada, et Nathan, le prophète, et Siméi et Réi et les vaillants hommes de David n'étaient point avec Adonija.

Mas Sadoc sacerdote, y Benaía hijo de Joiada, y Nathán profeta, y Semei, y Reihi, y todos los grandes de David, no seguían á Adonía.

But Zadok the priest, and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, and Nathan the prophet, and Shimei, and Rei, and the mighty men which belonged to David, were not with Adonijah.

But Zadok the priest, Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, Nathan the prophet, Shimei, Rei, and the mighty men who belonged to David, were not with Adonijah.

Et Adonija immola des brebis, des bœufs et des veaux gras, près de la pierre de Zohéleth qui est à côté de la fontaine de Roguel, et il invita tous ses frères, fils du roi, et tous les hommes de Juda, serviteurs du roi.

Y matando Adonía ovejas y vacas y animales engordados junto á la peña de Zoheleth, que está cerca de la fuente de Rogel, convidó á todos sus hermanos los hijos del rey, y á todos los varones de Judá, siervos del rey:

And Adonijah slew sheep and oxen and fat cattle by the stone of Zoheleth, which is by En-rogel, and called all his brethren the king’s sons, and all the men of Judah the king’s servants:

Adonijah killed sheep, cattle, and fatlings by the stone of Zoheleth, which is beside En Rogel; and he called all his brothers, the king’s sons, and all the men of Judah, the king’s servants;

Et il n'invita point Nathan, le prophète, ni Bénaïa, ni les vaillants hommes, ni Salomon, son frère.

Mas no convidó á Nathán profeta, ni á Benaía, ni á los grandes, ni á Salomón su hermano.

But Nathan the prophet, and Benaiah, and the mighty men, and Solomon his brother, he called not.

but he didn’t call Nathan the prophet, and Benaiah, and the mighty men, and Solomon his brother.

Et Nathan parla à Bathséba, mère de Salomon, et lui dit : N'as-tu pas appris qu'Adonija, fils de Hagguith, s'est fait roi, et notre seigneur David ne le sait pas ?

Y habló Nathán á Bath-sheba madre de Salomón, diciendo: ¿No has oído que reina Adonía hijo de Haggith, sin saberlo David nuestro señor?

Wherefore Nathan spake unto Bath-sheba the mother of Solomon, saying, Hast thou not heard that Adonijah the son of Haggith doth reign, and David our lord knoweth it not?

Then Nathan spoke to Bathsheba the mother of Solomon, saying, “Haven’t you heard that Adonijah the son of Haggith reigns, and David our lord doesn’t know it?

Et maintenant viens, que je te donne un conseil, afin que tu sauves ta vie et la vie de ton fils Salomon.

Ven pues ahora, y toma mi consejo, para que guardes tu vida, y la vida de tu hijo Salomón.

Now therefore come, let me, I pray thee, give thee counsel, that thou mayest save thine own life, and the life of thy son Solomon.

Now therefore come, please let me give you counsel, that you may save your own life and your son Solomon’s life.

Va, entre vers le roi David et lui dis : Roi, mon seigneur, n'as-tu pas juré à ta servante en disant : Salomon, ton fils, régnera après moi et c'est lui qui sera assis sur mon trône ? Pourquoi donc Adonija s'est-il fait roi ?

Ve, y entra al rey David, y dile: Rey señor mío, ¿no has tú jurado á tu sierva, diciendo: Salomón tu hijo reinará después de mí, y él se sentará en mi trono? ¿por qué pues reina Adonía?

Go and get thee in unto king David, and say unto him, Didst not thou, my lord, O king, swear unto thine handmaid, saying, Assuredly Solomon thy son shall reign after me, and he shall sit upon my throne? why then doth Adonijah reign?

Go in to King David, and tell him, ‘Didn’t you, my lord the king, swear to your servant, saying, “Assuredly Solomon your son shall reign after me, and he shall sit on my throne”? Why then does Adonijah reign?’

Voici, pendant que tu seras encore là et que tu parleras avec le roi, j'entrerai moi-même après toi et je confirmerai tes paroles.

Y estando tú aún hablando con el rey, yo entraré tras ti, y acabaré tus razones.

Behold, while thou yet talkest there with the king, I also will come in after thee, and confirm thy words.

Behold, while you are still talking there with the king, I will also come in after you and confirm your words.”

Et Bathséba se rendit auprès du roi, dans sa chambre. Et le roi était fort vieux, et Abisag la Sunamite servait le roi.

Entonces Bath-sheba entró al rey á la cámara: y el rey era muy viejo; y Abisag Sunamita servía al rey.

And Bath-sheba went in unto the king into the chamber: and the king was very old; and Abishag the Shunammite ministered unto the king.

Bathsheba went in to the king in his room. The king was very old; and Abishag the Shunammite was serving the king.

Et Bathséba s'inclina et se prosterna devant le roi, et le roi lui dit : Que veux-tu ?

Y Bath-sheba se inclinó, é hizo reverencia al rey. Y el rey dijo: ¿Qué tienes?

And Bath-sheba bowed, and did obeisance unto the king. And the king said, What wouldest thou?

Bathsheba bowed and showed respect to the king. The king said, “What would you like?”

Et elle lui dit : Mon seigneur, tu as juré à ta servante, par l'Eternel ton Dieu : Salomon, ton fils, régnera après moi et c'est lui qui sera assis sur mon trône.

Y ella le respondió: Señor mío, tú juraste á tu sierva por Jehová tu Dios, diciendo: Salomón tu hijo reinará después de mí, y él se sentará en mi trono;

And she said unto him, My lord, thou swarest by the LORD thy God unto thine handmaid, saying, Assuredly Solomon thy son shall reign after me, and he shall sit upon my throne.

She said to him, “My lord, you swore by the LORD your God to your servant, ‘Assuredly Solomon your son shall reign after me, and he shall sit on my throne.’

Et maintenant, voici, Adonija s'est fait roi ; et maintenant, ô roi, mon seigneur, tu l'ignores !

Y he aquí ahora Adonía reina: y tú, mi señor rey, ahora no lo supiste.

And now, behold, Adonijah reigneth; and now, my lord the king, thou knowest it not:

Now, behold, Adonijah reigns; and you, my lord the king, don’t know it.

Et il a immolé des bœufs, des veaux gras et des brebis en grand nombre, et il a invité tous les fils du roi, et Abiathar, le sacrificateur, et Joab, chef de l'armée, et il n'a pas invité Salomon, ton serviteur.

Ha matado bueyes, y animales engordados, y muchas ovejas, y ha convidado á todos los hijos del rey, y á Abiathar sacerdote, y á Joab general del ejército; mas á Salomón tu siervo no ha convidado.

And he hath slain oxen and fat cattle and sheep in abundance, and hath called all the sons of the king, and Abiathar the priest, and Joab the captain of the host: but Solomon thy servant hath he not called.

He has slain cattle and fatlings and sheep in abundance, and has called all the sons of the king, Abiathar the priest, and Joab the captain of the army; but he hasn’t called Solomon your servant.

O roi, mon seigneur, les yeux de tout Israël sont sur toi, afin que tu leur déclares qui doit s'asseoir sur le trône du roi mon seigneur après lui.

Entre tanto, rey señor mío, los ojos de todo Israel están sobre ti, para que les declares quién se ha de sentar en el trono de mi señor el rey después de él.

And thou, my lord, O king, the eyes of all Israel are upon thee, that thou shouldest tell them who shall sit on the throne of my lord the king after him.

You, my lord the king, the eyes of all Israel are on you, that you should tell them who will sit on the throne of my lord the king after him.

Autrement il arrivera que, lorsque mon seigneur le roi se sera endormi avec ses pères, moi et mon fils Salomon nous serons traités comme des criminels.

De otra suerte acontecerá, cuando mi señor el rey durmiere con sus padres, que yo y mi hijo Salomón seremos tenidos por culpables.

Otherwise it shall come to pass, when my lord the king shall sleep with his fathers, that I and my son Solomon shall be counted offenders.

Otherwise it will happen, when my lord the king sleeps with his fathers, that I and my son Solomon will be considered criminals.”

Et voici, comme elle parlait encore avec le roi, Nathan, le prophète, arriva.

Y estando aún hablando ella con el rey, he aquí Nathán profeta, que vino.

And, lo, while she yet talked with the king, Nathan the prophet also came in.

Behold, while she was still talking with the king, Nathan the prophet came in.

Et on l'annonça au roi en disant : Voici Nathan, le prophète. Et il entra en présence du roi et se prosterna devant le roi, le visage contre terre.

Y dieron aviso al rey, diciendo: He aquí Nathán profeta: el cual como entró al rey, postróse delante del rey inclinando su rostro á tierra.

And they told the king, saying, Behold Nathan the prophet. And when he was come in before the king, he bowed himself before the king with his face to the ground.

They told the king, saying, “Behold, Nathan the prophet!” When he had come in before the king, he bowed himself before the king with his face to the ground.

Et Nathan dit : O roi, mon seigneur, tu as donc dit : Adonija régnera après moi et il s'assiéra sur mon trône !

Y dijo Nathán: Rey señor mío, ¿has tú dicho: Adonía reinará después de mí, y él se sentará en mi trono?

And Nathan said, My lord, O king, hast thou said, Adonijah shall reign after me, and he shall sit upon my throne?

Nathan said, “My lord, King, have you said, ‘Adonijah shall reign after me, and he shall sit on my throne’?

Car il est descendu aujourd'hui, et il a immolé des bœufs, des veaux gras et des brebis en grand nombre ; et il a invité tous les fils du roi et les chefs de l'armée et Abiathar, le sacrificateur ; et voici, ils mangent et boivent devant lui et ils disent : Vive le roi Adonija !

Porque hoy ha descendido, y ha matado bueyes, y animales engordados, y muchas ovejas, y ha convidado á todos los hijos del rey, y á los capitanes del ejército, y también á Abiathar sacerdote; y he aquí, están comiendo y bebiendo delante de él, y han dicho: ¡Viva el rey Adonía!

For he is gone down this day, and hath slain oxen and fat cattle and sheep in abundance, and hath called all the king’s sons, and the captains of the host, and Abiathar the priest; and, behold, they eat and drink before him, and say, God save king Adonijah.

For he has gone down today, and has slain cattle, fatlings, and sheep in abundance, and has called all the king’s sons, the captains of the army, and Abiathar the priest. Behold, they are eating and drinking before him, and saying, ‘Long live King Adonijah!’

Et moi, ton serviteur, et Tsadok, le sacrificateur, et Bénaïa, fils de Jéhojada, et Salomon, ton serviteur, il ne nous a point invités.

Mas ni á mí tu siervo, ni á Sadoc sacerdote, ni á Benaía hijo de Joiada, ni á Salomón tu siervo, ha convidado.

But me, even me thy servant, and Zadok the priest, and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, and thy servant Solomon, hath he not called.

But he hasn’t called me, even me your servant, Zadok the priest, Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, and your servant Solomon.

Est-ce par ordre de mon seigneur le roi qu'une telle chose a lieu, sans que tu aies fait connaître à tes serviteurs qui doit s'asseoir sur le trône du roi, mon seigneur, après lui ?

¿Es este negocio ordenado por mi señor el rey, sin haber declarado á tu siervo quién se había de sentar en el trono de mi señor el rey después de él?

Is this thing done by my lord the king, and thou hast not shewed it unto thy servant, who should sit on the throne of my lord the king after him?

Was this thing done by my lord the king, and you haven’t shown to your servants who should sit on the throne of my lord the king after him?”

Et le roi David répondit et dit : Appelez-moi Bathséba ! Et elle entra en présence du roi et se tint devant lui.

Entonces el rey David respondió, y dijo: Llamadme á Bath-sheba. Y ella entró á la presencia del rey, y púsose delante del rey.

Then king David answered and said, Call me Bath-sheba. And she came into the king’s presence, and stood before the king.

Then King David answered, “Call Bathsheba in to me.” She came into the king’s presence and stood before the king.

Et le roi jura et dit : L'Eternel qui m'a délivré de toutes les détresses est vivant !

Y el rey juró, diciendo: Vive Jehová, que ha redimido mi alma de toda angustia,

And the king sware, and said, As the LORD liveth, that hath redeemed my soul out of all distress,

The king vowed and said, “As the LORD lives, who has redeemed my soul out of all adversity,

Selon que je te l'ai juré par l'Eternel, le Dieu d'Israël, en disant : Salomon, ton fils, régnera après moi, et c'est lui qui sera assis sur mon trône à ma place, ainsi je ferai en ce jour !

Que como yo te he jurado por Jehová Dios de Israel, diciendo: Tu hijo Salomón reinará después de mí, y él se sentará en mi trono en lugar mío; que así lo haré hoy.

Even as I sware unto thee by the LORD God of Israel, saying, Assuredly Solomon thy son shall reign after me, and he shall sit upon my throne in my stead; even so will I certainly do this day.

most certainly as I swore to you by the LORD, the God of Israel, saying, ‘Assuredly Solomon your son shall reign after me, and he shall sit on my throne in my place;’ I will most certainly do this today.”

Et Bathséba s'inclina le visage contre terre et se prosterna devant le roi. Et elle dit : Que mon seigneur le roi David vive à jamais !

Entonces Bath-sheba se inclinó al rey, su rostro á tierra, y haciendo reverencia al rey, dijo: Viva mi señor el rey David para siempre.

Then Bath-sheba bowed with her face to the earth, and did reverence to the king, and said, Let my lord king David live for ever.

Then Bathsheba bowed with her face to the earth and showed respect to the king, and said, “Let my lord King David live forever!”

Et le roi David dit : Appelez-moi Tsadok, le sacrificateur, et Nathan, le prophète, et Bénaïa, fils de Jéhojada. Et ils entrèrent en présence du roi.

Y el rey David dijo: Llamadme á Sadoc sacerdote, y á Nathán profeta, y á Benaía hijo de Joiada. Y ellos entraron á la presencia del rey.

And king David said, Call me Zadok the priest, and Nathan the prophet, and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada. And they came before the king.

King David said, “Call to me Zadok the priest, Nathan the prophet, and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada.” They came before the king.

Et le roi leur dit : Prenez avec vous les serviteurs de votre maître et faites monter mon fils Salomon sur ma mule, et vous le ferez descendre à Guihon.

Y el rey les dijo: Tomad con vosotros los siervos de vuestro señor, y haced subir á Salomón mi hijo en mi mula, y llevadlo á Gihón:

The king also said unto them, Take with you the servants of your lord, and cause Solomon my son to ride upon mine own mule, and bring him down to Gihon:

The king said to them, “Take with you the servants of your lord, and cause Solomon my son to ride on my own mule, and bring him down to Gihon.

Là, Tsadok, le sacrificateur, et Nathan, le prophète, l'oindront pour roi sur Israël. Et vous sonnerez de la trompette, et vous direz : Vive le roi Salomon !

Y allí lo ungirán Sadoc sacerdote y Nathán profeta por rey sobre Israel; y tocaréis trompeta, diciendo: ¡Viva el rey Salomón!

And let Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet anoint him there king over Israel: and blow ye with the trumpet, and say, God save king Solomon.

Let Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet anoint him there king over Israel. Blow the trumpet, and say, ‘Long live King Solomon!’

Et vous remonterez après lui, et il viendra et s'assiéra sur mon trône, et il régnera à ma place, car c'est lui que j'établis pour être prince sur Israël et sur Juda.

Después iréis vosotros detrás de él, y vendrá y se sentará en mi trono, y él reinará por mí; porque á él he ordenado para que sea príncipe sobre Israel y sobre Judá.

Then ye shall come up after him, that he may come and sit upon my throne; for he shall be king in my stead: and I have appointed him to be ruler over Israel and over Judah.

Then come up after him, and he shall come and sit on my throne; for he shall be king in my place. I have appointed him to be prince over Israel and over Judah.”

Et Bénaïa, fils de Jéhojada, répondit au roi et dit : Amen ! Que l'Eternel, le Dieu du roi mon seigneur, l'ordonne ainsi !

Entonces Benaía hijo de Joiada respondió al rey, y dijo: Amén. Así lo diga Jehová, Dios de mi señor el rey.

And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada answered the king, and said, Amen: the LORD God of my lord the king say so too.

Benaiah the son of Jehoiada answered the king, and said, “Amen. May the LORD, the God of my lord the king, say so.

Comme l'Eternel a été avec mon seigneur le roi, qu'il soit de même avec Salomon et qu'il élève son trône au-dessus du trône de mon seigneur le roi David !

De la manera que Jehová ha sido con mi señor el rey, así sea con Salomón; y él haga mayor su trono que el trono de mi señor el rey David.

As the LORD hath been with my lord the king, even so be he with Solomon, and make his throne greater than the throne of my lord king David.

As the LORD has been with my lord the king, even so may he be with Solomon, and make his throne greater than the throne of my lord King David.”

Et Tsadok, le sacrificateur, descendit avec Nathan, le prophète, et Bénaïa, fils de Jéhojada, et les Kéréthiens et les Péléthiens, et ils firent monter Salomon sur la mule du roi David, et ils le menèrent à Guihon.

Y descendió Sadoc sacerdote, y Nathán profeta, y Benaía hijo de Joiada, y los Ceretheos y los Peletheos, é hicieron subir á Salomón en la mula del rey David, y lleváronlo á Gihón.

So Zadok the priest, and Nathan the prophet, and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, and the Cherethites, and the Pelethites, went down, and caused Solomon to ride upon king David’s mule, and brought him to Gihon.

So Zadok the priest, Nathan the prophet, Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, and the Cherethites and the Pelethites went down and had Solomon ride on King David’s mule, and brought him to Gihon.

Et Tsadok, le sacrificateur, prit du Tabernacle la corne d'huile et oignit Salomon, et on sonna de la trompette, et tout le peuple dit : Vive le roi Salomon !

Y tomando Sadoc sacerdote el cuerno del aceite del tabernáculo, ungió á Salomón: y tocaron trompeta, y dijo todo el pueblo: ¡Viva el rey Salomón!

And Zadok the priest took an horn of oil out of the tabernacle, and anointed Solomon. And they blew the trumpet; and all the people said, God save king Solomon.

Et tout le peuple monta après lui, et on jouait de la flûte et on se livrait à de grands transports de joie, et la terre tremblait au bruit de leurs acclamations.

Después subió todo el pueblo en pos de él, y cantaba la gente con flautas, y hacían grandes alegrías, que parecía que la tierra se hundía con el clamor de ellos.

And all the people came up after him, and the people piped with pipes, and rejoiced with great joy, so that the earth rent with the sound of them.

Et Adonija et tous les conviés qui étaient avec lui entendirent ce bruit, au moment où ils achevaient de manger ; et Joab, entendant le son de la trompette, dit : Pourquoi ce bruit de la ville en émoi ?

Y oyólo Adonía, y todos los convidados que con él estaban, cuando ya habían acabado de comer. Y oyendo Joab el sonido de la trompeta, dijo: ¿Por qué se alborota la ciudad con estruendo?

And Adonijah and all the guests that were with him heard it as they had made an end of eating. And when Joab heard the sound of the trumpet, he said, Wherefore is this noise of the city being in an uproar?

Adonijah and all the guests who were with him heard it as they had finished eating. When Joab heard the sound of the trumpet, he said, “Why is this noise of the city being in an uproar?”

Comme il parlait encore, voici, Jonathan, fils d'Abiathar, le sacrificateur, arriva. Et Adonija lui dit : Entre, car tu es un brave et tu apportes de bonnes nouvelles.

Estando aún él hablando, he aquí Jonathán hijo de Abiathar sacerdote vino, al cual dijo Adonía: Entra, porque tú eres hombre de esfuerzo, y traerás buenas nuevas.

And while he yet spake, behold, Jonathan the son of Abiathar the priest came: and Adonijah said unto him, Come in; for thou art a valiant man, and bringest good tidings.

While he yet spoke, behold, Jonathan the son of Abiathar the priest came; and Adonijah said, “Come in; for you are a worthy man, and bring good news.”

Et Jonathan répondit et dit à Adonija : Bien au contraire, notre seigneur le roi David a fait roi Salomon.

Y Jonathán respondió, y dijo á Adonía: Ciertamente nuestro señor el rey David ha hecho rey á Salomón:

And Jonathan answered and said to Adonijah, Verily our lord king David hath made Solomon king.

Jonathan answered Adonijah, “Most certainly our lord King David has made Solomon king.

Le roi a envoyé avec lui Tsadok, le sacrificateur, et Nathan, le prophète, et Bénaïa, fils de Jéhojada, et les Kéréthiens et les Péléthiens, et ils l'ont fait monter sur la mule du roi.

Y el rey ha enviado con él á Sadoc sacerdote y á Nathán profeta, y á Benaía hijo de Joiada, y también á los Ceretheos y á los Peletheos, los cuales le hicieron subir en la mula del rey;

And the king hath sent with him Zadok the priest, and Nathan the prophet, and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, and the Cherethites, and the Pelethites, and they have caused him to ride upon the king’s mule:

Et Tsadok, le sacrificateur, et Nathan, le prophète, l'ont oint pour roi à Guihon ; et ils sont remontés de là avec des transports de joie et la ville est en émoi ; c'est là le bruit que vous avez entendu.

Y Sadoc sacerdote y Nathán profeta lo han ungido en Gihón por rey: y de allá han subido con alegrías, y la ciudad está llena de estruendo. Este es el alboroto que habéis oído.

Et même Salomon s'est assis sur le trône royal,

Y también Salomón se ha sentado en el trono del reino.

et même les serviteurs du roi sont venus pour bénir notre seigneur le roi David, en disant : Que ton Dieu rende le nom de Salomon plus célèbre que ton nom et qu'il élève son trône au-dessus de ton trône ! Et le roi s'est prosterné sur son lit.

Y aun los siervos del rey han venido á bendecir á nuestro señor el rey David, diciendo: Dios haga bueno el nombre de Salomón más que tu nombre, y haga mayor su trono que el tuyo. Y el rey adoró en la cama.

And moreover the king’s servants came to bless our lord king David, saying, God make the name of Solomon better than thy name, and make his throne greater than thy throne. And the king bowed himself upon the bed.

Et même le roi a parlé ainsi : Béni soit l'Eternel, le Dieu d'Israël, qui a permis qu'aujourd'hui un successeur s'asseye sur mon trône et que mes yeux le voient !

Y también el rey habló así: Bendito sea Jehová Dios de Israel, que ha dado hoy quien se siente en mi trono, viéndolo mis ojos.

And also thus said the king, Blessed be the LORD God of Israel, which hath given one to sit on my throne this day, mine eyes even seeing it.

Et tous les invités d'Adonija furent saisis d'une grande terreur et ils se levèrent et s'en allèrent chacun de son côté.

Ellos entonces se estremecieron, y levantáronse todos los convidados que estaban con Adonía, y fuése cada uno por su camino.

And all the guests that were with Adonijah were afraid, and rose up, and went every man his way.

Et Adonija, craignant Salomon, se leva et s'en alla et saisit les cornes de l'autel.

Mas Adonía, temiendo de la presencia de Salomón, levantóse y fuése, y cogió los cornijales del altar.

And Adonijah feared because of Solomon, and arose, and went, and caught hold on the horns of the altar.

Adonijah was afraid because of Solomon; and he arose, and went, and hung onto the horns of the altar.

Et on le rapporta à Salomon en disant : Voici, Adonija craint le roi Salomon, et voici, il a saisi les cornes de l'autel en disant : Que le roi Salomon me jure aujourd'hui qu'il ne fera point mourir son serviteur par l'épée !

Y fué hecho saber á Salomón, diciendo: He aquí que Adonía tiene miedo del rey Salomón: pues ha cogido los cornijales del altar, diciendo: Júreme hoy el rey Salomón que no matará á cuchillo á su siervo.

And it was told Solomon, saying, Behold, Adonijah feareth king Solomon: for, lo, he hath caught hold on the horns of the altar, saying, Let king Solomon swear unto me to day that he will not slay his servant with the sword.

Solomon was told, “Behold, Adonijah fears King Solomon; for, behold, he is hanging onto the horns of the altar, saying, ‘Let King Solomon swear to me first that he will not kill his servant with the sword.’”

Et Salomon dit : S'il se conduit en homme loyal, il ne tombera pas un de ses cheveux en terre ; mais s'il se trouve du mal en lui, il mourra.

Y Salomón dijo: Si él fuere virtuoso, ni uno de sus cabellos caerá en tierra: mas si se hallare mal en él, morirá.

And Solomon said, If he will shew himself a worthy man, there shall not an hair of him fall to the earth: but if wickedness shall be found in him, he shall die.

Et le roi Salomon envoya des gens qui le firent descendre de l'autel ; et Adonija vint et se prosterna devant le roi Salomon. Et Salomon lui dit : Va dans ta maison.

Y envió el rey Salomón, y trajéronlo del altar; y él vino, é inclinóse al rey Salomón. Y Salomón le dijo: Vete á tu casa.

So king Solomon sent, and they brought him down from the altar. And he came and bowed himself to king Solomon: and Solomon said unto him, Go to thine house.
