And Ahab spake unto Naboth, saying, Give me thy vineyard, that I may have it for a garden of herbs, because it is near unto my house: and I will give thee for it a better vineyard than it; or, if it seem good to thee, I will give thee the worth of it in money.

And Naboth said to Ahab, The LORD forbid it me, that I should give the inheritance of my fathers unto thee.

Et Achab vint en sa maison tout refrogné et indigné pour la parole que lui avait dite Naboth Jizréhélite, en disant : Je ne te céderai point l’héritage de mes pères ; et il se coucha sur son lit, et tourna son visage, et ne mangea rien.
Y vínose Achâb á su casa triste y enojado, por la palabra que Naboth de Jezreel le había respondido, diciendo: No te daré la heredad de mis padres. Y acostóse en su cama, y volvió su rostro, y no comió pan.
And Ahab came into his house heavy and displeased because of the word which Naboth the Jezreelite had spoken to him: for he had said, I will not give thee the inheritance of my fathers. And he laid him down upon his bed, and turned away his face, and would eat no bread.

Y su mujer Jezabel le dijo: ¿Eres tú ahora rey sobre Israel? Levántate, y come pan, y alégrate: yo te daré la viña de Naboth de Jezreel.
And Jezebel his wife said unto him, Dost thou now govern the kingdom of Israel? arise, and eat bread, and let thine heart be merry: I will give thee the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.

Les gens donc de la ville de Naboth, savoir les Anciens et les Magistrats qui demeuraient dans sa ville, firent comme Izebel leur avait mandé, et selon qu’il était écrit dans les Lettres qu’elle leur avait envoyées.

Y como Jezabel oyó que Naboth había sido apedreado y muerto, dijo á Achâb: Levántate y posee la viña de Naboth de Jezreel, que no te la quiso dar por dinero; porque Naboth no vive, sino que es muerto.

Lève-toi, descends au devant d’Achab Roi d’Israël, lorsqu’il sera à Samarie ; voilà il est dans la vigne de Naboth, où il est descendu pour s’en mettre en possession.
Levántate, desciende á encontrarte con Achâb rey de Israel, que está en Samaria: he aquí él está en la viña de Naboth, á la cual ha descendido para tomar posesión de ella.

Et Achab dit à Elie : M’as-tu trouvé toi, mon ennemi ? Mais il lui répondit : Oui, je t’ai trouvé, parce que tu t’es vendu pour faire ce qui déplaît à l’Eternel.

And Ahab said to Elijah, Hast thou found me, O mine enemy? And he answered, I have found thee: because thou hast sold thyself to work evil in the sight of the LORD.

Voici je m’en vais amener du mal sur toi, et je t’exterminerai entièrement ; et depuis l’homme jusqu’à un chien, je retrancherai ce qui appartient à Achab, tant ce qui est serré, que ce qui est délaissé en Israël.
He aquí yo traigo mal sobre ti, y barreré tu posteridad, y talaré de Achâb todo meante á la pared, al guardado y al desamparado en Israel:
Behold, I will bring evil upon thee, and will take away thy posterity, and will cut off from Ahab him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel,

L’Eternel parla aussi contre Izebel, disant : Les chiens mangeront Izebel près du rempart de Jizréhel.

En effet il n’y en avait point eu de semblable à Achab, qui se fût vendu pour faire ce qui déplaît à l’Eternel, selon que sa femme Izebel l’induisait.
(A la verdad ninguno fué como Achâb, que se vendiese á hacer lo malo á los ojos de Jehová; porque Jezabel su mujer lo incitaba.
But there was none like unto Ahab, which did sell himself to work wickedness in the sight of the LORD, whom Jezebel his wife stirred up.
