Und der König von Israel sprach zu seinen Knechten: Wisset ihr, daß Ramoth Gilead unser ist, und wir schweigen, ohne es aus der Hand von Arams König zu nehmen?

Y el rey de Israel dijo á sus siervos: ¿No sabéis que es nuestra Ramoth de Galaad? y nosotros callamos en orden á tomarla de mano del rey de Siria.

And the king of Israel said unto his servants, Know ye that Ramoth in Gilead is ours, and we be still, and take it not out of the hand of the king of Syria?

The king of Israel said to his servants, “You know that Ramoth Gilead is ours, and we do nothing, and don’t take it out of the hand of the king of Syria?”

Und er sprach zu Jehoschaphat: Willst du mit mir nach Ramoth Gilead zum Streite ziehen? Und Jehoschaphat sprach zu dem König von Israel: Ich wie du, mein Volk wie dein Volk, meine Rosse wie deine Rosse.

Y dijo á Josaphat: ¿Quieres venir conmigo á pelear contra Ramoth de Galaad? Y Josaphat respondió al rey de Israel: Como yo, así tú; y como mi pueblo, así tu pueblo; y como mis caballos, tus caballos.

And he said unto Jehoshaphat, Wilt thou go with me to battle to Ramoth-gilead? And Jehoshaphat said to the king of Israel, I am as thou art, my people as thy people, my horses as thy horses.

He said to Jehoshaphat, “Will you go with me to battle to Ramoth Gilead?” Jehoshaphat said to the king of Israel, “I am as you are, my people as your people, my horses as your horses.”

Und Jehoschaphat sprach zum König von Israel: Erfrage doch noch heute das Wort Jehovahs.

Y dijo luego Josaphat al rey de Israel: Yo te ruego que consultes hoy la palabra de Jehová.

And Jehoshaphat said unto the king of Israel, Enquire, I pray thee, at the word of the LORD to day.

Jehoshaphat said to the king of Israel, “Please inquire first for the LORD’s word.”

Und der König Israels ließ die Propheten, bei vierhundert Mann, zusammenkommen, und sprach zu ihnen: Soll ich wider Ramoth Gilead zum Streite ziehen, oder soll ich es unterlassen? Und sie sprachen: Zieh hinauf, und der Herr wird es geben in die Hand des Königs.

Entonces el rey de Israel juntó los profetas, como cuatrocientos hombres, á los cuales dijo: ¿Iré á la guerra contra Ramoth de Galaad, ó la dejaré? Y ellos dijeron: Sube; porque el Señor la entregará en mano del rey.

Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said unto them, Shall I go against Ramoth-gilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And they said, Go up; for the Lord shall deliver it into the hand of the king.

Und Jehoschaphat sprach: Ist kein Prophet Jehovahs mehr allhier, daß wir ihn befragen?

Y dijo Josaphat: ¿Hay aún aquí algún profeta de Jehová, por el cual consultemos?

And Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of the LORD besides, that we might enquire of him?

But Jehoshaphat said, “Isn’t there here a prophet of the LORD, that we may inquire of him?”

Und der König von Israel sprach zu Jehoschaphat: Noch ist ein Mann da, durch den wir Jehovah könnten befragen; aber ich hasse ihn, denn er weissagt mir nichts Gutes, sondern nur Böses, Michajehu, der Sohn Jimlahs. Und Jehoschaphat sprach: Nicht spreche der König also.

Y el rey de Israel respondió á Josaphat: Aun hay un varón por el cual podríamos consultar á Jehová, Michêas, hijo de Imla: mas yo le aborrezco, porque nunca me profetiza bien, sino solamente mal. Y Josaphat dijo: No hable el rey así.

And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, There is yet one man, Micaiah the son of Imlah, by whom we may enquire of the LORD: but I hate him; for he doth not prophesy good concerning me, but evil. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so.

The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “There is yet one man by whom we may inquire of the LORD, Micaiah the son of Imlah; but I hate him, for he does not prophesy good concerning me, but evil.” Jehoshaphat said, “Don’t let the king say so.”

Und der König von Israel rief einen Hofbeamten und sprach: Bringe eilig Michajehu, den Sohn Jimlahs.

Entonces el rey de Israel llamó á un eunuco, y díjole: trae presto á Michêas hijo de Imla.

Then the king of Israel called an officer, and said, Hasten hither Micaiah the son of Imlah.

Then the king of Israel called an officer, and said, “Quickly get Micaiah the son of Imlah.”

Der König von Israel aber und Jehoschaphat, der König von Judah, saßen jeder Mann auf seinem Throne, angetan mit Kleidern, auf einer Tenne am Eingang des Tores von Samaria, und alle Propheten weissagten vor ihnen.

Y el rey de Israel y Josaphat rey de Judá estaban sentados cada uno en su silla, vestidos de sus ropas reales, en la plaza junto á la entrada de la puerta de Samaria; y todos los profetas profetizaban delante de ellos.

And the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat the king of Judah sat each on his throne, having put on their robes, in a void place in the entrance of the gate of Samaria; and all the prophets prophesied before them.

Now the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat the king of Judah were sitting each on his throne, arrayed in their robes, in an open place at the entrance of the gate of Samaria; and all the prophets were prophesying before them.

Und Zidkijah, der Sohn Kenaanahs, machte ihm Hörner von Eisen und sprach: So spricht Jehovah: Mit diesen wirst du Aram stoßen, bis sie ausgetilgt sind.

Y Sedechîas hijo de Chânaana se había hecho unos cuernos de hierro, y dijo: Así ha dicho Jehová: Con éstos acornearás á los Siros hasta acabarlos.

And Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah made him horns of iron: and he said, Thus saith the LORD, With these shalt thou push the Syrians, until thou have consumed them.

Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah made himself horns of iron, and said, “The LORD says, ‘With these you will push the Syrians, until they are consumed.’”

Und alle Propheten weissagten so und sprachen: Zieh hinauf gen Ramoth Gilead und es wird gelingen, und Jehovah wird es geben in die Hand des Königs.

Y todos los profetas profetizaban de la misma manera, diciendo: Sube á Ramoth de Galaad, y serás prosperado; que Jehová la dará en mano del rey.

And all the prophets prophesied so, saying, Go up to Ramoth-gilead, and prosper: for the LORD shall deliver it into the king’s hand.

Der Bote aber, der ging, Michajehu zu rufen, redete zu ihm und sprach: Siehe doch, die Worte der Propheten sind mit einem Munde gut für den König, möge doch dein Wort sein, wie das Wort von einem derselben, daß du möchtest Gutes reden.

Y el mensajero que había ido á llamar á Michêas, hablóle, diciendo: He aquí las palabras de los profetas á una boca anuncian al rey bien: sea ahora tu palabra conforme á la palabra de alguno de ellos, y anuncia bien.

And the messenger that was gone to call Micaiah spake unto him, saying, Behold now, the words of the prophets declare good unto the king with one mouth: let thy word, I pray thee, be like the word of one of them, and speak that which is good.

The messenger who went to call Micaiah spoke to him, saying, “See now, the prophets declare good to the king with one mouth. Please let your word be like the word of one of them, and speak good.”

Und Michajehu sprach: Beim Leben Jehovahs, was Jehovah zu mir spricht, das werde ich reden.

Y Michêas respondió: Vive Jehová, que lo que Jehová me hablare, eso diré.

And Micaiah said, As the LORD liveth, what the LORD saith unto me, that will I speak.

Micaiah said, “As the LORD lives, what the LORD says to me, that I will speak.”

Und er kam zum König und der König sprach zu ihm: Michajehu, sollen wir gen Ramoth Gilead zum Streite ziehen, oder sollen wir es unterlassen? Und er sprach zu ihm: Zieh hinauf und es gelinge, und Jehovah wird es in die Hand des Königs geben.

Vino pues al rey, y el rey le dijo: Michêas, ¿iremos á pelear contra Ramoth de Galaad, ó la dejaremos? Y él le respondió: Sube, que serás prosperado, y Jehová la entregará en mano del rey.

So he came to the king. And the king said unto him, Micaiah, shall we go against Ramoth-gilead to battle, or shall we forbear? And he answered him, Go, and prosper: for the LORD shall deliver it into the hand of the king.

When he had come to the king, the king said to him, “Micaiah, shall we go to Ramoth Gilead to battle, or shall we forbear?” He answered him, “Go up and prosper; and the LORD will deliver it into the hand of the king.”

Und der König sprach zu ihm: Wie viele Male soll ich dich beschwören, daß du im Namen Jehovahs nichts denn Wahrheit zu mir reden sollst?

Y el rey le dijo: ¿Hasta cuántas veces he de conjurarte que no me digas sino la verdad en el nombre de Jehová?

And the king said unto him, How many times shall I adjure thee that thou tell me nothing but that which is true in the name of the LORD?

The king said to him, “How many times do I have to adjure you that you speak to me nothing but the truth in the LORD’s name?”

Und er sprach: Ich sah ganz Israel zerstreut auf den Bergen, wie eine Herde, die keinen Hirten hat. Und Jehovah sprach: Keine Herren haben diese, es kehre jeder Mann im Frieden nach seinem Haus zurück.

Entonces él dijo: Yo ví á todo Israel esparcido por los montes, como ovejas que no tienen pastor: y Jehová dijo: Estos no tienen señor; vuélvase cada uno á su casa en paz.

And he said, I saw all Israel scattered upon the hills, as sheep that have not a shepherd: and the LORD said, These have no master: let them return every man to his house in peace.

He said, “I saw all Israel scattered on the mountains, as sheep that have no shepherd. The LORD said, ‘These have no master. Let them each return to his house in peace.’”

Und der König von Israel sprach zu Jehoschaphat: Habe ich es dir nicht gesagt, nichts Gutes, sondern Böses weissagt er mir?

Y el rey de Israel dijo á Josaphat: ¿No te lo había yo dicho? Ninguna cosa buena profetizará él acerca de mí, sino solamente mal.

And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, Did I not tell thee that he would prophesy no good concerning me, but evil?

The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “Didn’t I tell you that he would not prophesy good concerning me, but evil?”

Und er sprach: Darum höre das Wort Jehovahs: Ich sah Jehovah auf Seinem Throne sitzen, und alles Heer der Himmel bei Ihm stehen zu Seiner Rechten und zu Seiner Linken.

Entonces él dijo: Oye pues palabra de Jehová: Yo vi á Jehová sentado en su trono, y todo el ejército de los cielos estaba junto á él, á su diestra y á su siniestra.

And he said, Hear thou therefore the word of the LORD: I saw the LORD sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left.

Micaiah said, “Therefore hear the LORD’s word. I saw the LORD sitting on his throne, and all the army of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left.

Und Jehovah sprach: Wer beredet Achab, daß er hinaufziehe und falle in Ramoth Gilead? Und dieser sprach so und jener sprach so.

Y Jehová dijo: ¿Quién inducirá á Achâb, para que suba y caiga en Ramoth de Galaad? Y uno decía de una manera; y otro decía de otra.

And the LORD said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramoth-gilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner.

The LORD said, ‘Who will entice Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramoth Gilead?’ One said one thing, and another said another.

Und es kam ein Geist hervor und stand vor Jehovahs Angesicht und sprach: Ich will ihn bereden. Und Jehovah sprach zu ihm: Womit?

Y salió un espíritu, y púsose delante de Jehová, y dijo: Yo le induciré. Y Jehová le dijo: ¿De qué manera?

And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him.

A spirit came out and stood before the LORD, and said, ‘I will entice him.’

Und er sprach: Ich will ausgehen und im Munde aller seiner Propheten sein ein Geist der Lüge. Und Er sprach: Du wirst bereden und es vermögen. Gehe aus und tue so.

Y él dijo: Yo saldré, y seré espíritu de mentira en boca de todos sus profetas. Y él dijo: Inducirlo has, y aun saldrás con ello; sal pues, y hazlo así.

And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.

The LORD said to him, ‘How?’ He said, ‘I will go out and will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ He said, ‘You will entice him, and will also prevail. Go out and do so.’

Und nun siehe, Jehovah hat einen Geist der Lüge in den Mund aller dieser deiner Propheten gegeben, aber Jehovah hat Böses wider dich geredet.

Y ahora, he aquí Jehová ha puesto espíritu de mentira en la boca de todos estos tus profetas, y Jehová ha decretado el mal acerca de ti.

Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil concerning thee.

Now therefore, behold, the LORD has put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these your prophets; and the LORD has spoken evil concerning you.”

Und es trat herzu Zidkijahu, der Sohn Kenaanahs, und schlug den Michajehu auf den Backen, und sprach: Wie ist der Geist Jehovahs von mir hinübergezogen, daß er mit dir rede?

Llegándose entonces Sedechîas hijo de Chânaana, hirió á Michêas en la mejilla, diciendo: ¿Por dónde se fué de mí el espíritu de Jehová para hablarte á ti?

But Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah went near, and smote Micaiah on the cheek, and said, Which way went the Spirit of the LORD from me to speak unto thee?

Then Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah came near and struck Micaiah on the cheek, and said, “Which way did the LORD’s Spirit go from me to speak to you?”

Und Michajehu sprach: Siehe, du wirst ihn sehen an selbem Tage, da du von Kammer zu Kammer hineingehst, um dich zu verstecken.

Y Michêas respondió: He aquí tú lo verás en aquel día, cuando te irás metiendo de cámara en cámara por esconderte.

And Micaiah said, Behold, thou shalt see in that day, when thou shalt go into an inner chamber to hide thyself.

Micaiah said, “Behold, you will see on that day when you go into an inner room to hide yourself.”

Und der König von Israel sprach: Nimm Michajehu und bringe ihn zurück zu Amon, dem Obersten der Stadt, und zu Joasch, dem Sohn des Königs,

Entonces el rey de Israel dijo: Toma á Michêas, y vuélvelo á Amón gobernador de la ciudad, y á Joas hijo del rey;

And the king of Israel said, Take Micaiah, and carry him back unto Amon the governor of the city, and to Joash the king’s son;

The king of Israel said, “Take Micaiah, and carry him back to Amon the governor of the city and to Joash the king’s son.

Und sprich: So spricht der König: Lege diesen in das Haus des Kerkers, und lasset ihn Brot der Trübsal essen und Wasser der Trübsal, bis ich im Frieden komme.

Y dirás: Así ha dicho el rey: Echad á éste en la cárcel, y mantenedle con pan de angustia y con agua de aflicción, hasta que yo vuelva en paz.

And say, Thus saith the king, Put this fellow in the prison, and feed him with bread of affliction and with water of affliction, until I come in peace.

Say, ‘The king says, “Put this fellow in the prison, and feed him with bread of affliction and with water of affliction, until I come in peace.”’”

Michajehu aber sprach: Wenn du im Frieden zurückkehrst, so hat Jehovah nicht in mir geredet. Und er sprach: Hört es, ihr Völker alle!

Y dijo Michêas: Si llegares á volver en paz, Jehová no ha hablado por mí. En seguida dijo: Oid, pueblos todos.

And Micaiah said, If thou return at all in peace, the LORD hath not spoken by me. And he said, Hearken, O people, every one of you.

Micaiah said, “If you return at all in peace, the LORD has not spoken by me.” He said, “Listen, all you people!”

Und der König von Israel und Jehoschaphat, Judahs König, zogen hinauf gen Ramoth Gilead.

Subió pues el rey de Israel con Josaphat rey de Judá á Ramoth de Galaad.

So the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat the king of Judah went up to Ramoth-gilead.

Und der König von Israel sprach zu Jehoschaphat: Ich will mich unkenntlich machen, und so in den Streit kommen; du aber zieh deine Kleider an. Und der König von Israel machte sich unkenntlich und kam in den Streit.

Y el rey de Israel dijo á Josaphat: Yo me disfrazaré, y entraré en la batalla: y tú vístete tus vestidos. Y el rey de Israel se disfrazó, y entró en la batalla.

And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, I will disguise myself, and enter into the battle; but put thou on thy robes. And the king of Israel disguised himself, and went into the battle.

The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “I will disguise myself and go into the battle, but you put on your robes.” The king of Israel disguised himself and went into the battle.

Und Arams König hatte den Obersten der Streitwagen, er hatte deren zweiunddreißig, geboten und gesagt: Ihr sollt nicht streiten wider klein noch groß, sondern wider den König von Israel allein.

Mas el rey de Siria había mandado á sus treinta y dos capitanes de los carros, diciendo: No peleéis vosotros ni con grande ni con chico, sino sólo contra el rey de Israel.

But the king of Syria commanded his thirty and two captains that had rule over his chariots, saying, Fight neither with small nor great, save only with the king of Israel.

Now the king of Syria had commanded the thirty-two captains of his chariots, saying, “Don’t fight with small nor great, except only with the king of Israel.”

Und es geschah, daß die Obersten der Streitwagen den Jehoschaphat sahen und sprachen: Dies ist gewißlich der König von Israel, und lenkten ab, um mit ihm zu streiten. Und Jehoschaphat schrie.

Y como los capitanes de los carros vieron á Josaphat, dijeron: Ciertamente éste es el rey de Israel; y viniéronse á él para pelear con él; mas el rey Josaphat dió voces.

And it came to pass, when the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat, that they said, Surely it is the king of Israel. And they turned aside to fight against him: and Jehoshaphat cried out.

When the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat, they said, “Surely that is the king of Israel!” and they came over to fight against him. Jehoshaphat cried out.

Und es geschah, da die Obersten der Streitwagen sahen, daß er nicht der König von Israel wäre, wandten sie sich hinter ihm zurück.

Viendo entonces los capitanes de los carros que no era el rey de Israel, apartáronse de él.

And it came to pass, when the captains of the chariots perceived that it was not the king of Israel, that they turned back from pursuing him.

When the captains of the chariots saw that it was not the king of Israel, they turned back from pursuing him.

Ein Mann aber spannte in Einfalt den Bogen und schoß den König von Israel zwischen die Fugen und den Panzer, und er sprach zu seinem Wagenführer: Kehre deine Hand um, und bringe mich vom Heere weg; denn ich bin verwundet.

Y un hombre disparando su arco á la ventura, hirió al rey de Israel por entre las junturas de la armadura; por lo que dijo él á su carretero: Toma la vuelta, y sácame del campo, que estoy herido.

And a certain man drew a bow at a venture, and smote the king of Israel between the joints of the harness: wherefore he said unto the driver of his chariot, Turn thine hand, and carry me out of the host; for I am wounded.

A certain man drew his bow at random, and struck the king of Israel between the joints of the armor. Therefore he said to the driver of his chariot, “Turn around, and carry me out of the battle, for I am severely wounded.”

Und der Streit stieg auf an selbigem Tage, und der König blieb stehen im Streitwagen, Aram gegenüber; und am Abend starb er, und das Blut der Wunde floß auf den Boden des Streitwagens.

Mas la batalla había arreciado aquel día, y el rey estuvo en su carro delante de los Siros, y á la tarde murió: y la sangre de la herida corría por el seno del carro.

And the battle increased that day: and the king was stayed up in his chariot against the Syrians, and died at even: and the blood ran out of the wound into the midst of the chariot.

Und der Klageruf ging hin durch das Lager, als die Sonne unterging und sagte: Jeder Mann hin zu seiner Stadt und zu seinem Land!

Y á puesta del sol salió un pregón por el campo, diciendo: ¡Cada uno á su ciudad, y cada cual á su tierra!

And there went a proclamation throughout the host about the going down of the sun, saying, Every man to his city, and every man to his own country.

A cry went throughout the army about the going down of the sun, saying, “Every man to his city, and every man to his country!”

Und der König starb und kam nach Samaria, und sie begruben den König in Samaria.

And one washed the chariot in the pool of Samaria; and the dogs licked up his blood; and they washed his armour; according unto the word of the LORD which he spake.

Und das übrige der Geschichte Achabs und alles, was er getan, und das Haus von Elfenbein, das er gebaut, und alle die Städte, die er gebaut, sind sie nicht geschrieben im Buche der Tagesgeschichte der Könige Israels?

Lo demás de los hechos de Achâb, y todas las cosas que ejecutó, y la casa de marfil que hizo, y todas las ciudades que edificó, ¿no está escrito en el libro de las crónicas de los reyes de Israel?

Now the rest of the acts of Ahab, and all that he did, and the ivory house which he made, and all the cities that he built, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
