31E a abertura da bacia era de um côvado no suporte que saía para acima da base; e era sua abertura redonda, da feitura do mesmo suporte, e este de côvado e meio. Havia também sobre a abertura entalhes em seus painéis, que eram quadrados, não redondas.

31And the mouth of it within the chapiter and above was a cubit: but the mouth thereof was round after the work of the base, a cubit and an half: and also upon the mouth of it were gravings with their borders, foursquare, not round.
