Le but de l'impôt qu'avait levé le roi Salomon était de construire la maison de l'Eternel et sa propre maison, plus le Millo, la muraille de Jérusalem, Haçor, Meghiddo et Ghézer.

Y esta es la razón del tributo que el rey Salomón impuso para edificar la casa de Jehová, y su casa, y á Millo, y el muro de Jerusalem, y á Hasor, y Megiddo, y Gezer.

And this is the reason of the levy which king Solomon raised; for to build the house of the LORD, and his own house, and Millo, and the wall of Jerusalem, and Hazor, and Megiddo, and Gezer.

This is the reason of the forced labor which King Solomon conscripted: to build the LORD’s house, his own house, Millo, Jerusalem’s wall, Hazor, Megiddo, and Gezer.
