Por tanto, ciñan los lomos de su †de ustedes entendimiento, sean sobrios, y esperen por completo en la gracia que se les traerá cuando Jesús, el Cristo sea manifestado;

Por lo cual, teniendo los lomos de vuestro entendimiento ceñidos, con templanza, esperad perfectamente en la gracia que os es presentada cuando Jesucristo os es manifestado:

Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

Therefore prepare your minds for action. Be sober, and set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ—
