1 Pedro 3

Denn «wem das Leben lieb ist und wer gute Tage sehen will, der bewahre seine Zunge vor Bösem und seine Lippen, daß sie nicht trügen;

Porque el que quiere amar la vida, y ver días buenos, refrene su lengua de mal, y sus labios no hablen engaño;

For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

For, “He who would love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit.
